What a horrible experience they tell us the order is ready. I come to the store and after waiting for 25 minutes I call. They tell me the order is not ready and it will be another 20 minutes. At that point I have no other option but to wait. Then another 40 minutes and nothing. Why say the order is ready and all they say is it will be there shortly but shortly never came.

Never go to this establishment and I’m not talking about curbside. I’m talking about the H-E-B itself. I purchased groceries from this. H-E-B walked out the door. The basket locked up and I hit my ankle in my shin on the basket partner by the name of Joe witnessed the whole thing on a previous message. I put the date with our would register and everything I went to when I left the store my ankle swollen up almost instantly on the walk to my car. I miss days from work. I called up there many times they created an email. No one ever reached out to me I would not support this H-E-B ever again because they do not care about their customers no matter how much they portray themselves too. I called them multiple times. I was told that they sent emails and no one ever reached out to me so if you are a person who care about your health, your well-being and you do not want to be hurt when you’re just simply shopping for groceries to feed your family in the store would not take responsibility. This is definitely a place you should shop regardless of race, gender religious beliefs. This store showed me as a customer a repeat customer that they do not care about their customers. To whomever read this message may God bless you and yours.

i was kinda underwhelmed with this store. i was expecting more for it being an H‑E‑B plus. the variety is still pretty standard. there needs to be more local/organic foods.

We really like this HEB. The deli counter is great, and the tortillas are awesome. They're always really well-stocked, and the employees here are very nice. We use the curbside option a lot, and the reason I can't give 5 stars is that they forget to include stuff often! 2/3 times, they miss something and we end up having to email HEB to have them refund us. Then, we end up needing to go in person to pick it up ourselves anyway. Other than that, we love this HEB!

The curbside pick up is horrible. Please save yourself the headache and time and go inside to make your own groceries. I received a text stating my order was ready and sat at the lane for an hour before getting my order. Spoke to the manager who was very rude.

I never leave reviews but I have to for this location’s curbside. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! This is the third time I’ve had to wait over 40 minutes to get my order. They give you a 30 minute window to pick up your order but they take 45 minutes to bring your order out. Make it make sense….

Need to get rid of "curbside" pickup, seems to be a waste of time and contributes to their higher prices that in store customer's are paying for. PLUS I gave a 1 Star Review, but the Algorithm automatically listed as a 4.5 ???

Not sure why such low ratings for this store but it's great! Organized, has plenty of items available, staff friendly. Overall wish I had one nearby where I live.
