Called to locate a hard to find medication. Don’t live close which is why the call was made. Arrived at the pharmacy and asked for the same medication, and was told- “we don’t have it”. After telling the pharmacist I had called and they already confirmed they had it, the pharmacist insisted they would not check again. Then I got the tech to check and sure enough they had it. 2 stars is for the tech and for HEB having the meds stocked, the pharmacist gets zero for attitude and customer service.

I arrive at HEB pharmacy in Pearland around 3:15pm and thanks to Tyra who serviced me at the window she went out of her way to ensure I received my eye drops today. She made a few changes as my prescription quantity size was unavailable. I really appreciate Tyra’s help and her outstanding service helping customers.

Amanda in the pharmacy was extremely rude. She did not greet me nor did she have a polite bone in her body, and went as far as to put my change in my check out bag rather than in my hand. She needs to be placed in some customer service classes asap! My experience with Amanda, made me never want to visit HEB pharmacy again!

Some of the pharmacists are rude but they rotate them so it's ok. I like the friendliness of the other folks working at this pharmacy. Always clean!

That’s it. Drive thru takes forever here. 8-10mins. Usually for waiting time.Depletes the purpose. Plus mind you they are not open as long as per se CVS or Walgreens.So i’m switching PharmacyThey do not have the option to ship your medications to your address. I tried to set it up that way. But instead they want you to call them, for them to deliver it to your address every time your prescription refill is ready

I went to HEB #063, Pearland, August 18, 2022, time 10;30 pm. My name is Diane Lewis, 832-453-9500. My girlfriend took me to HEB because my car is n the shop. The manager name was Jasmine. Ms. Jasmine told my girlfriend she had to leave because they was closed. My girlfriend was waiting on me to help me with the grocery. So when I went to check out no one was at cash register. They told me I had check my grocery myself. Ms. Jasmine and two cashers was taking in front of the store, I asked them to help me self check out and they told me no. I didn't know how to use it. It would say call manager for help. I had a heart transplant and I told them please help me and they said NO. They was just looking at me. I didn't get out of store until 11:44 pm because they wouldn't help and told my girlfriend to leave out of store. I spend $132.44. I been going to HEB in Pearland for many, many years and always spend hundred of dollars on grocery. When you love your job you will always smile and help the Customers. Please look at the camera to see how I asked them to help me. Some man can to casher and they bag his grocery and told Jasmine to help me. She stood beside me but wouldn't put any thing in the bag. If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered a cake august 1 through home delivery. Cake came infested with ants. New cake reissued but now I'm being ate up by ants. Store wants to give me a $50 gift card to make me go away. Store manager ISSAC pretty much told me take it or leave it. Nothing is up for negotiation as far as and exterminator or products.
