I booked a car rental online to be ready for pickup at 2:30 pm. I arrived and there was a sign on the door stating that they would be right back. The branch manager Cora returned slightly after 3 pm. The guy working with her was in the back. After I started the process of completing the paperwork she asked him to go prepare the car and informed me that it would be an additional al 15-20 minutes late. Upon returning the car a manager in training inspected the car stating that there was a Crack in the windshield. From my inspection it looked like a smudge of dirt from driving the car and not cleaning it prior to returning it. I asked for pictures of the vehicle prior to me taking it into my property and I took pictures as well. You could not see the alleged damage on either picture. After explaining this to them and wasting additional time I had to contact the corporate office for assistance where they handled the situation immediately. I have traveled and rented cars for years from other rental agencies and I have never had an incident like this. Stay far away from this rental agency. Customer service is subpar and it seems like they are trying to take advantage of individuals.

This location is terrible. Made a reservation 2 weeks ago and it’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting for my car to be ready.THEY HAVE 1 EMPLOYEE on site and she is• checking in people• CLEANING THE CARS• checking out peopleAND ITS NEW YEARS WEEKENDFriday @ 9amI’ll save the rest of my comments to myself (maybe someone called in… like the manager lol)but go to the airport people and get your vehicle from there.

Terrible I booked a car that I was told was available when I arrived it wasn't and there was nowhere that said I couldn't use a debit card instead of a credit card which makes no sense when a debit card can be used as debit or credit.

Didn't have the size car I reserved and instead of offering a complimentary upgrade like other providers, charged more than my reservation.

Worst rental service I’ve ever seen. 3 cars return they all had problems. Customer service is horrible here. Keeping you on hold for 30 mins over and over on the internet phone

Called in to see if they would have a rental ready today due to needing a vehicle for my fiancé to get to work and the customer service was amazing! Dot was super professional and said she'd have a vehicle and due to us driving from out of town said she would wait if we were running a bit behind! After dealing with enterprise all morning being gave the run around this experience was SO much smoother and from now on hertz pearland will have our business!

Manager she is AMAZING!! Last minute rental for the weekend. Customer service is an A+++. Had a clean car ready when I arrived early. Great place. I will be a returning Customer!

I called Enterprise and they kept me on hold gave me 7 different prices so I called Hertz RENTAL and everything went so smooth and it was half the price of Enterprise. Thanks Hertz

Omg horrible customer service representative!!!!! He left me on the phone for at least 40 min !!! Really A manager needs to be aware of this situation. The gentleman which is the manager never put me on hold so I heard the whole conversation and We were lied to.

After running all over town to find a car because of the Southwest airline implosion, we finally had a stroke of luck and found Nahji at this Hertz location who went above and beyond to help us.He was honest about his inventory and when I showed up we were actually able to rent a car. We were gonna rent 2 cars to fit our party of 6 but he found us a bigger vehicle to fit all of us. He even had a driver go get the car from the other location and bring it to us to save us some money on Uber. This is the only good experience we had with a rental car company today, Nahji is a good person, and our family can't thank you enough!

Made Reservation on a vehicle, when I made it there the guy says he don't have a car to rent me, there were several vehicle on the grounds, he spoke to me in such a harsh way I'll never reserve at this location again. Very rude. It made me feel as if he was prejudice towards myself. 6
