Amazing experience staying at this place. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. You get a huge parking lot, swimming pool and free breakfast. Location is also near to lot of food options, Walmart, dollar general and other markets.

It’s a great hotel. Good location. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are quiet and clean.Rooms: Rooms are quiet, clean, pretty and looks new.Food & drinks: The breakfast is very good with lots of seating and different variety of food.

Room slept pretty good. Bar next door shut down at 6pm, thank goodness. Definitely needs a new complete caulking and paint job in room 219. Maybe replace hallway colors with more pleasing colors.

Rooms: I wish they would wash the carpet. There is a noticeable smell. It feels congested. Other than that the linen felt fresh as well as the toiletries. The housekeeping staff was great and very willing to help provide what ever we needed.Nearby activities: There is movie theater not from the hotel, there are several parks at few minutes drive with walking trails. The one I went to was centennial park. Check it out. It's nice.Safety: Pearland in general feels like a safe place and since this hotel is on a large property with 24 hour service desk staff on duty felt pretty safe.Walkability: There is walmart practically across the street. Wendies, McDonald's, tractor supply, ace hardware, office depot, big lot and that only what I noticed. Many more at walking distance. Unfortunately there is no public transportation at this location. And the nearest metro station is 3 miles north on telephone road, that is going towards hobby airport.
