Super rude workers???? Don’t know what their problem was but the attitude was CRAZY.

I was told that their dressing room closes at 8:30pm, despite the actual store closing at 9pm. Also the employees don't have any type of dress code, as the cashier was wearing tiny shorts, and her butt cheeks were hanging out the bottom of them. I had my kids with me so that's highly inappropriate.

I came here to return online items but the store did not open and the time was 11:30 am . It was supposed to open at 10 am.

If an establishment closes at 9pm, why would an employee turn away a paying customer at 8:53. I needed to buy a shirt for work but was not allowed to enter the establishment before closing hours. The employee just shrugged when I asked why she was closing before 9? It’s unfortunate that I have to call corporate now. This happened on July 25, 2024.

Highly unprofessional Manager. Was very passive aggressive, and employees showed very little effort to help with my concerns. Every time I enter this store, I feel as though I’m being judged and mean mugged. Recommend sticking to a mall.

This is my 2nd experience at a Hollister Store Front and I must say I was very DISSATISFIED. My 1st experience was great (even with the holiday rush - this was at an outlet mall in San Marcos, TX). This happened at Store # 30592 Date : 1/2/2023 Cashier: 02434363. I came in to exchange a couple pair of jeans that I originally purchased at an outlet mall about 2 1/2 hours from home. I had no idea that this was going to be such an ordeal. The cashier was extremely rude to me because one pair of jeans did not have a tag (which I was unaware), she proceeded to state that I needed to make sure to get a printed bar code tag from the associate, this return is complicated, she needed to get back to other customers, etc. I could not believe the lack of customer service I was experiencing for an exchange. I left and went back to ask for a store Manager, only for the same cashier to come back, walk off, and laugh before I could even get a word out. I felt VERY disrespected. I understand that many of the sales associates are students, however, respect is reciprocal, and I was NEVER given that. It would really help if the associates had name tags with titles, as I was skeptical that she was the actual store Manager. She wore a "sports bra" type shirt showing her midriff with a jacket on top.
