“I wish I could do WAY more than write a review for Erica! This wonderful woman lifted one of the biggest weights off of my shoulders. As a single mom, I struggled finding affordable car insurance. I waited for a moment that I had the chance to pay for a renewal and I didn't want to wait until Monday to renew my insurance. Erica welcomed me into her office 30 mins before closing down for this 3 day weekend and not once did I feel rushed at all!! She is so personable and understanding. After explaining what I couldn't afford but planned to pay she told me not to worry and gave me a quote that was so low I asked to make sure I had full coverage... I intend to do business with them this week, but the deal maker was Southmores customer service. At the other location, she was rude, ignorant, and unknowledgeable. Closed ended responses and lied. Completely different experience from that of the young lady at Southmore.”
