Employees were great I got what I needed. I also made an online order and for some reason her online price was $35 when my price online same shirt same store brand was $24. Very confused how that happened. Probably won't order instore any more.
2 shirts online was $48. Same shirt 1 in store and one online was $64...

This has been my local store since moving here, and it's always well stocked, and staff is always friendly. They remember my face and ask where/how my 9 year old is on the rare occasions I go in without her with me.

Second time attempting to shop here. From the minute I walk in, I get followed around. I don't steal, never have. I was in there with my children and the B kept following us. We ended up just leaving. We never have this issue with the Hot Topic in the malls just this one. I have a great career and can pay for items I want. I didn't catch her name but ZUMIEZ train your employees to do better and stop profiling people who are trying to spend money at your store!
