Very rude. Didn’t even come from behind the desk wall to speak to me. A female was hollering out loud to me. Very unprofessional. Never, ever, never going there again. However, the reception guy was very nice and manner-able. Hope he gets a better job someplace where they respect him too.

We don't come to file our taxes with H\\u0026R block. We come to do our taxes with Ya Liu. She is knowledgeable and patient. She helps us know all we need to file. Knowing we have a appointment with her year after year means I don't spend the year worried about how we'll file. She's helped us 3 years now and I hope for many more years to come.

I filed my taxes with a "master tax advisor" and recieved confirmation that my taxes were completed and submitted. After a month I could not find any information on my return from the IRS tracking tool and the call center for H&R block could not see that my return was submitted either. This office is only open during tax season so I reached out to another office and they told me that my return was rejected and they could not see the reason code because it was a different office. The representative submitted the return again and it had no problems going through. I never received an email from my tax preparer about it being rejected or anything. Very disappointed in the service from this office.
