Santa had previously cut my hair once before, and I liked it. So I went back to her for a trim. She told me she wanted to use a razor to cut my hair, I told her no! I don't like the razor. Just cut it and give it texture like last time. She used her scissors just like a razor. She razored my hair and left it short on one side and long on the other side. It was a mess!!!
She ruined my hair!!!!
That was on a Saturday, I had to wait for Tuesday to see the owner.
I asked the lady at the desk if she could fix my hair. She asked me, did you get it cut here. What a question. all the owner has to do was watch the cameras. She sat me down and tried her best to fix it.
I told the owner, Santa ruined my hair.
I also told the owner, the whole time I was there, all Santa talked about was Politics. How she is a part of a movement and they help give food and supplies to ppl just arriving in the Texas State. She was telling me these things I have no interest in. At this point, all I wanted was to get the hair cut and leave asap.
She told me she is a part of a cell, their mission is to flood more ppl into the USA. To help them get food, services and learn how to manipulate the system.
She stated, she felt like she was being followed. This lady is off her rocker, I will never go back. They have lost a customer for life.
I also told the owner, you need to let her go, she will bring havoc to your shop.
Don't go there!!?

I’ve been going to Paulina for over 2 years now and have loved every cut I’ve received. I bring in inspo pics and she not only perfects the cut, but also adds nuances that work great for my hair type/texture. She gives it shape and body even when I just leave it to air dry. My husband and kids also go there now and love her cuts as well.

This has been my go-to hair salon for a couple of years now. I'm so glad I found it; Madison is my hair dresser and she always gives me a fabulous cut & style. My adult daughter is now going to her also. 😊

I've been going to Ideal hair with Paulina for over 18 years. Cannot imagine using another stylist. For the first time, I requested an updo since I was going to a party. Loved it!!!

I was with Madison today and she gave me a hair trim for $35. No wash, straightening, or product (I didn’t want any of these other services).The price is a bit high for just a trim. Overall, Madison was very sweet and did a good job.

Ashily Abraham good thing i didn’t listen to your review. my experience was amazing! i love the hair wash. she did a thorough job. My hair looks healthier. She explains what made it so dry and recommended a few things. Nothing extra i have to buy. the service was great and everyone was very nice. We get what we pay for and I am more than satisfied with my experience. i recommend kelly.

Have been using this salon for over 18 years. Madison has been cutting my hair for years and always has great conversation. Very clean establishment, the owner is on site everyday and she runs a really really good business. Highly recommend this establishment

Can go to a chain or this place that knows you and will do there best to give haircut of your liking. Kelly listens and cuts my hair how I want it. Quick and consistent Men’s haircut.

I was in desperate need of a haircut after years of cutting my own hair I was ready for layers. I called Ideal Hair, after trying two other local beauty shops, to see if they could take me as a walk-in and luckily they could. I had an appointment within 20 mins with Kelly and I am so grateful. She layered and styled my hair and even gave great advice about maintaining my hair. In these pictures listed I did not have her wash my hair therefore it looks oily but I am BEYOND pleased with the outcome.

I would not recommend going here.
1. We set up an appointment for two people but after cutting one person's hair they said they didn't have time to cut my hair. The hair cutter hurriedly tried to cut my bangs without even measuring them out because she had "her next appointment waiting for her". Why would I set up an appointment for two people if I'm not going to get the time set aside?
2. They charged 45 for a short hair cut, wash and style even thought they did not wash or style the hair. Mentioning that that was the flat rate.
All in all I do not recommend going here. They overcharge for regular haircuts and don't have the courtesy to keep time aside for clients who call ahead.
Despite everything, the haircut they did was indeed good.

Amazing service!! Santa really takes care of you and takes her time to make sure your hair is exactly how you want it. Very attentive and lovely person to talk to while getting your hair done.
