I have used Jackson Hewitt for years and have always been satisfied with their work, this year a young lady named Mrs Sydney Tidwell help us and she was awesome, I sure hope she is truly appreciated of her worth, I myself have been in customer service for 30 years plus and was amazed by this young lady, so professional, very knowledgeable in all tax subjects, and mostly made my family feel important in our decisions, thank you Mrs Tidwell and I will see you next year

My wife and I went here for the first time to file and we were so happy and shocked at how fast it went. Nikki was very helpful in answering all our questions and she helped us efficiently and easily. We appreciate Jackson Hewitt for their services and for making us feel both comfortable and happy.

This place is a joke. I had an appointment today and there’s no one inside. The place didn’t even looked like it’s open!! I have no empathy for companies or people that do not respect people’s time. Going to H&R block. Never will I recommend this company to anyone ever.

This is the most unprofessional Location I have ever seen. The “tax Professional” was sitting there in front of us picking his teeth. And sucking his teeth. Very rude! Never will I come back here. I’ve been coming here for the last 10+ years and never had an experience like this. Jackson Hewitt has gone down hill with this location!!

0 stars> Horrible service.... Do not recommend to anyone. Unprofessional, non educated people, disrespectful... Additionally, they charge too much for their poor service. Office in Texas City, Need training on costumer service and replacement of tax preparers!! Nothing but street people "working there"
