My granddaughter had a charm bracelet recently stolen at school. She has a birthday coming up at the beginning of September and asked if she could have a new charm bracelet and some charms for it. James Avery has a jewel in sales named Shelby. She is helpful, quick and professional and friendly. She is a keeper. Thank you Shelby.

If i could i would give 0 stars. How hard is it to just pick up your order? It should be an easy in and out stop. One of the workers pointed out a possible issue on my bracelet and when i wanted an exchange they were giving me such a hard time and the workers were rude including the manager. Once My last order is complete I will not be returning to this location. Also when I called the location I was on hold for more than 15 minutes what a joke

I purchased a chain and charm for my wife, almost eight years ago. The chain clasp got loose and caused the charm to fall off. I visited Pearland recently and intended on buying another chain. To my surprise, the store offered to fix the clasp for free. When I returned to pick it up, there was a small knot in the chain. Since I was visiting the area, the store gave my wife a brand new chain and cleaned the charm. The set looked like it did when I first purchased it. This is what I call standing behind your product! Thank you James Avery for your commitment to customer satisfaction!

Employees are very helpful. Haven't been on a normal day, but during the holidays, I was standing in line a few times for 45 minutes each time. Bring a book. 😖

The wait is just unnecessary. You have two young ladies standing at the door with clip boards. Why not have them at a register to get the lines down. Also suggestion: maybe a pick up line. I just left smh

I was in James Avery Customer, Pearland TX. I had a wonderful experience with an associate her name was Kennedy. Excellent customer service. I end up buying four bracelets four charms. Everyone was happy with a wonderful choices that Kennedy made for us . Thank you, sweet lady Kennedy .

As much as l love James Avery. I hate to give this poor review out of all the sales representatives in this store one person sticks out the most because of her poor customer service Kennedy she seems to have the worst attitude. This is my go to spot I know during holiday season they are busy however tones matter and people should be careful and aware of what the say.. as long as I have been going this store I have never been given a direction on how and where to pick up my purchase. It felt off to me. She doesn’t know when I will return but she told me what to do when I return.
