Purchased my first necklace from here. Wore it for a few years and started to have small issues with my favorite piece. Unfortunately it broke while at the store, Ms. Ashley was very hands on with my exchange and took care of me and I now have a new necklace for a great price.

Mario Solis is a high professional Manager in the Pearland TX store
He was so pacient with me. Giving me guidance on all my questions, the different options I have in jewelry I have interest.
His dedication and passion were amazing to the point I open a line of credit and purchased a Movado watch.

I came in to Jared at Pearland Town Center today and Ashley Breeden assisted me in adding pieces to a “wish list.” I’ve never done anything like this before, but honestly my husband needs all the help he can get in selecting jewelry for me. Ashley was super helpful and informative, pointing me towards pieces more suited to my style. They even cleaned and inspected my wedding ring, along with cleaning my diamond earrings. Went in to get my finger sized an ring resized. The guy was clueless about titanium. Asked for my phone number I asked why. He closed up his little computer and walked away. NEVER GOING BACK

Mario helped us build a gorgeous, custom engagement ring! He was personable and knowledgeable, and the ring itself turned out stunning. 💍
We later ran into an issue with the wedding band and Ashley stepped in to help me get exactly what I wanted. She was a real problem solver and assisted in having a band custom made to my specifications.

Ashley helped my other half surprise me with an amazing upgrade on my bridal set. We had just taken it in for the six-month inspection cleaning and rhodium and when we went to pick it up today I got upgraded to a 2 carat cushion cut center stone better known to us as the “pillow” cut. It’s absolutely stunning and Ashley was wonderful to work with. She is truly a diamond expert! Ashley also was prepared with 🥂 in the “Diamond 💍 Room”. Thank you Ashley, for your help for a lovely surprise. We’ve done all our jewelry and watch shopping with Jared for over 20 years, and your service and attention is why we always come back 🙏🏼
