Jesús did a really good job. Very proactive. Brought multiple selections out when an item wasn’t in stock. Did not hesitate to make suggestions. Very helpful.

Journeys in Pearland Town Center has a very poor inventory system! came in bought shoes for my husband when i went home the box they gave me has 2 left shoes, different sizes, different style. went back associate came out with another box, this time with left and right pair now but again different size inside box! brought 3 different boxes all boxes does not have the right pair. they decided to order for me and have it delivered. delivery came this time they ordered for women (shoes is for my husband) and still wrong size! Went over today after stopping by several other shoe stores looking for a specific shoe. Was helped my the female manager, I believe her name is Alexis, she provided phenomenal customer service!! Helped me locate the shoe and placed a hold for me. Made my day!!

I met a worker by the name of Oscar today and he helped me a lot during my shopping. He helped me find the shoes I was searching months for. I couldn't find them anywhere else but here and his customer service was great. 10/10 great staff

I love this place, everyone that works here is super friendly. We have come in here 10 min before they close, and they still take the time to help us out. We went to Champs first, and everyone their is super rude no one wants to help. I will continue to shop at journeys for me and my whole family. Keep up the great hospitality journey's.

Brady was very knowledgeable and helpful. He seemed like he really cared about me as a customer. I felt welcomed when I entered in. Brady took his job serious in a good way. He gave gave me a wonderful guest experience. I am happy I came! The other workers I encountered were great as well, but Brady was special.Thank you Brady!

?Liiiisten! I genuinely walked into this store to buy 1 pair of sneakers for my 10yo but the young man Derick was so patient and courteous with us I ended up buying 2 pair. My 10yo tried on close to 10 pair of shoes(I stopped counting after 5) and he just smiled and gave us more suggestions when something didn't fit or just didn't look right. I'm all for good customer service and because of him we are definitely coming back. Hats off to you Derick
