I spoke with a representative named “melanie” she was extremely inappropriate, And had a terrible Attitude. She definitely needs to be trained In professionalism and courtesy. That matters, even when working a lower end job.

Completely rude and unhelpful. The issue was not resolved. Everyone I spoke to gave me a different answer. I've never been spoken to with such a nasty tone of voice in my life.
