Ms. Mary is pure gold. She was our toddler’s first teacher ever and we are forever grateful for the love and care that she gave to Victoria. That’s the best move that Kids R’ Kids Shadow Creek has ever made.

My 9-month-old daughter has been attending this school since she was 12 weeks old. The teachers and staff are amazing. They are clearly invested in my daughter learning and growing. They play with her constantly with enriching activities. They check with me regularly on her development, preferences, and milestones. I love this school and recommend it to all my friends in the area.

I wouldn't recommend this place. On my daughters first day her teacher wasn't very interactive with us. It seemed like she had no interest being there.Speaking from being previous lead teacher at a different Kids R Kids, when it's a child first day you wanna make sure you comfort the child and the parents, because it's always nerve recking on the first day for parents and the child. You wanna make them feel welcome. I didn't feel welcomed what so ever. After dropping my daughter off, I was on the camera and saw she was crying for at least 30 mins, the teachers picked her up a couple times and then for a good minute my daughter was in the corner crying by herself on the other side of the classroom while both of the teachers and students were sitting on the carpet on the opposite side of the classroom.Again! I was a previous teacher at a different Kids r Kids, I would have never had any of my students in a corner crying by their self. I had great assistant teachers that would help them relax and ease in also.I spoke with the director about how I didn't feel very welcomed coming into the class. After speaking with her I was still gonna try to see how the first week went. When I went to pick my daughter up her teacher still wasn't very interactive. (The director says she's a new lead teacher, she might be nervous since it's her first day)On top of everything else, once I went to pickup my daughter her teacher tells me my daughter got bit on her left arm! I went to the front to ask them about my daughter getting bit. The lady from the front desk and the director didn't know what happened. I told her no one informed me that my daughter got bit nor did her teacher do a report. ( my daughter was bit at 11am, the bite mark still showed later in the afternoon around 4pm)At Kids r Kids, the teachers are supposed to make a report the second the incident happens, take a picture and the front office should call the parents! They didn't do that what so ever!I understand biting happens sometimes especially in my daughter age group. What made me upset was that they didn't follow their own rules and let me know what happened. So I lost all trust there. Mind you this all happened on her first/last day.I go back today to tell them my daughter wasn't no longer gonna be attending the school. She told me she understood and said "I'm sorry that we didn't meet up to your standards" and if you're wondering no, I didn't get a refund. I expected way better especially being the same company I worked for.Very disappointed.

I was about to enroll my kids here coming from Kid City…. We visited twice, two days in a row….The first day, I toured during nap time so I couldn’t see the teachers or the classroom diversity.Second day: We saw that the classroom my 4 year old would’ve enrolled into has a full time young male teacher along with a female partner. I would feel uncomfortable if my daughter were in that room. I would also feel uncomfortable if that male teacher unexpectedly helped in another classroom….His partner had difficulties having a conversation about different aspects of the classroom. He remained silent throughout that conversation with her while she struggled. That didn’t make me feel comfortable.I have no comments on the 2 year room other then I was not impressed. Then for some reason there is a PearlandPD cop that helps in the afternoon until closing. I started the tour without seeing the cop and ended the tour with him being at the front desk… in full uniform and gun on the hip…. This is a daycare in a decent area… no other daycares in the area have such presence…. So I asked him why and another lady answered for him…. She claimed a purse being stolen in an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot…. Hmmm…. I’m not sure if it was a lie but seems shady.Outside play area needs to be upgraded. Also had a problem getting a refund on my registration fee that I paid on the first day I toured. I wasn’t properly informed that is was non refundable. I hadn’t filled out anything to see the policy nor was it verbally stated but I wanted to reserve a spot incase we decided to enroll.A $250 loss is ok in my book because this is child care. My kids do not need to see a cop and they deserve the best classrooms that I can find for them.So now I have one at Ivy Kids close by and one at Kiddie Academy. Both are good so far, especially Ivy Kids. Check them both out.

I absolutely love this daycare. My son has been going here since August and they have been so accommodating, kind and understanding. They have video that allows you to keep an eye on your child at any time during his stay at the facility. They keep children learning, teaching them manners in a fun way so they continue even at home. Lastly, they potty trained my son!!! They asked what I wanted and I jokingly said my son potty trained by his birthday in October AND HE WAS!! Thank you so much Ms. Vanesa, Ms. B, Ms. Fallon and Ms. Bre… and Ms. Heather ❤️??

I love Kids R Kids daycare. They’re very active with the kids and they give healthy snacks. The facility is always clean and well kept. Staff members are always friendly and smiling. They will call if your child isn’t there to ensure their safety! You won’t regret sending your kids here.

My kid never got to try it, so I have no idea about the teachers etc. This review is purely about the welcome/info service. I went to ask how is the daycare. I felt like the lady who talked to me was interested in me paying now more than giving information. She kept repeating that if I don't pay now the application fees we won't have a spot (literally 4-5times), and that spots are going fast and there is still only 2 spots left. After speaking she mentioned something like 15 students per room and my kid would be number 8, so there were many spots left. So nope for us.

Director name Cynthia is very rude, unprofessional and meanOther than that the other staff is nice but needs more training when it comes to the kidsMs Mary is a very loving caring person whom my child loves and respected the mostMy child had been going there for 5 monthsTbh I didn’t really see any progress with my child learning but that’s another story.Besides her picking up bad habits that she didn’t have until she came here to kids r kidsI Was told I would have to pick my child up daily at 12 noon because of her behaviorBut yet still wanted to charge me full price $215 weeklyMind you my child doesn’t arrive daily till around 9am. And was getting picked up between 2-3p when I got off work.So you mean to tell me you can watch her from 6-12 but not 6-2/3. How is it her behavior is so badBut yet you can only watch her from 6-12What exactly would you be teaching my child during them hoursCause from my understanding they arrive at 6 to sit in cafeteria until 8 then go to classroom to watch video and playThen it’s time for lunch and after lunch they take a nap until 2p. Sounds like they only interested in getting my money weekly instead of trying other solutions like trying another class room or redirecting instead of telling my child you bad and she comes home with this new word saying Ryleigh bad.And the only reason I gave a 5 star in the beginning was because I was asked to do such for a gift cardOnly to find out it was a$10 gift card to Starbucks

If you have a child that's going through the terrible two phase or delayed speech which can be (difficult to to manage) this absolutely isn't the place for your child. My 2yr old enjoyed this facility and when looking at the cameras I saw him playing often with the children and doing well in a group setting. On days where he was irritable, the teachers just didn't have patience to deal with him. The management has absolutely no problem solving ability. They will not try alternative actions , the only solution is calling you off your job to pick your child up every single time your child is acting out. My child started the program at two and we had absolutely no issue he did great ! We left the facility and traveled back to our home town and was cared for by grandma for 3 months when we returned He was transitioned into the older 2-3yr old class which was difficult for him to get back into a structured environment. He also has a speech delay and isn't talking which causes him to get extremely frustrated, he has been evaluated for speech and I was told that he is acting out by using his hands like any other two year old that can not talk and communicate their needs. The therapist even came up to the facility to offer help to the staff on their concerns and to evaluate my child which again I was told he was progressing as normal. Literally the following week I'm told that they just can't manage him and the teachers are scared of him LOL! But when I picked him up the teacher tells me it's "nothing they can not manage and this is normal two year old behavior ( throwing tantrums when he isn't getting his way) however, they have to tell management. I was told my child threw a chair and was hitting the teacher when asked could I see the cameras the director could not show it to me on camera , my child was playing in water then the teacher comes over picks him up from the sink puts him down and holds his hands while she is in his face and they begin a pulling back in forth match which was just ridiculous! No where on the cameras could I see where he threw a chair , then she tells me he didn't actually throw a chair he pushed it . In summary this place has no patience, no true love for developing children and for the staff if there is a complaint against you , they will just fire you there is absolutely no room for development if you don't fit into their model you will be removed, Kids or staff .

Kids R Kids Shadow Creek has been an amazing place for my little one. They ensure that he is always included in the group and also focus on his individual needs as well. My mother picked him up the other day and she said she can tell that they just love our boy :)

The care and dedication administered by every staff member is the most comforting feeling a parent can ask for! The time and thought that goes into weekly activities and the wholesome menu assures me my child is in an extremely nurturing environment. I could not ask for better. Thank you Kids R Kids Shadow Creek for all that you provide for my child and my peace of mind!

I love KRK, the staff are always welcoming and caring. I love the clean environment and how the staff disinfect the classroom in between activities. My daughter really enjoy going to school which makes it easier for me to go work knowing she’s in good hands

My daughter started going to KRK during the summer prior to starting school and she loved it from day one. She missed her friends from her previous daycare but was happy to meet new friends. She enjoyed the summer activities and was excited to attend the summer field trip actives offered outside the facility.KRK offers before and after school care and is open from 6a-630p which was a major factor for choosing to enroll my daughter into KRK facility.

Our twins were at KRK 42 since moving to the Pearland Area in 2016 and left when they went to 1st Grade. We love KRK and our youngest is there now and is in great hands with their Kindergarten teacher who not only has she prepared them for Elementary, but shows so much love for her students. We have not had one bad experience and would recommend KRK for your child’s early learning development.
