Today is my last day visiting this location. Definitely was racially profiled by the associates. My choice to utilize a reusable shopping bag, meant I was a potential shoplifter. They said this over there very loud walkie talkies. When I asked the associate about it she denied and lied to my face. I will not spend my hard earned money in a place that does that.

Horrible customer service! This cashier that I had gave me attitude as they checking out and this last time was enough. They didn’t took my coupon that I had from a different Kohl’s for applying for a credit card I got the 15%of and she didn’t took it only ignored it and procede checking me out. She was white old and with short blond hair. Avoid her at all costs

Bad customer service white old women short white hair is the worst she discriminate me she assume just because I was brown I was stealing and when checking out she ask for id when I have never been ask before specially when I had just went to another kohls in a different location that same day!
