David at the gas station is rude. All I wanted to do was use some of the points I earned from shopping there daily and he talked down to me. There is no wonder, as he said, he's been working there for 12 years. With his attitude and demeanor his options are severely limited. This is why employers pay so little and are replacing people with AI.

It isn't for me. The prompt kept asking about Kroger card information and by the time I was able to pump it was a few minutes later. All I needed was to put gas in my car not an interrogation of coupons questions. I have never gone back again!

Cheap fuel especially when you use fuel points. Staff are not very friendly and act like they don't want to be there. You don't want to be there, then stay home. Maybe someone who will smile and be friendly would take your place!
