The Hispanic female manager was very rude when addressing a promotion that she wasn't familiar with. She didn't bother to check the flyer we had seen and then when we talked to her about it she stated she didn't bother to check the promotion and thought we were talking about a different promotion. She turned her back to my mother and didn't bother to apologize. Disrespectful and negligent.

26 checkout lanes & they never open more than 2 lanes. Just go to HEB instead. #boycottselfcheckout

Shoutout to Breanna in the pharmacy! She made transferring a script extremely easy and efficient. I appreciated her after the debacle I dealt with from another pharmacy. She was super nice and professional on the phone. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Pharmacies need much more Breanna's. :)

Good location, right off the freeway. Love the layout. Clean. I enjoy shopping here. I haven't had any negative experiences here and service seems good.

Customer service is slow. Expect to wait 30min to an hour if your behind 2 people. It's like this consistently. Even if the line is long, they will not get another person to customer service. 4th time in this line same result.

I was totally disappointed when I recently visited this Kroger and discovered pet food being sold from the same freezer case as human food. I have a parent who is visually impaired, not blind, and because she wants to maintain as much independence as possible, she does her own shopping. The pet food being located here can create a horrible mistake for someone like her. I have seen other stores with a specific freezer/ refrigerator section for pet food exclusively. And I hope that someone from this Kroger sees this post and would consider making some changes.

Overall a super-duper super market. One star deducted due to $5 turkey and havarti sandwich made with STALE bread.

Do you ever wonder why if you go to the Shadow Creek Parkway Kroger on a Saturday morning between 6 and 8, the place is dead? Yet head to H.E.B. and the minute they open their doors at 6, people flock in. Let me give you the answer. This Kroger is absolutely horrible. Apparently Kroger is unwilling to pay to staff the store. But why the need? Just have the shoppers do the work of a cashier and a bagger. (H.E.B. offers cashier-operated checkouts along with a bagger the minute they open the store.) Kroger doesn't have to pay people to work the deli in the morning because it doesn't even open until 8:00 a.m. So if I need deli meat, are they expecting me to go behind the counter and slice my own stuff? (H.E.B.'s deli is open when the store opens.) Like fruit flies with your onions? They sure have plenty of those! (They must work for free.) Because they sometimes have some good sales, I still visit the store occasionally to take advantage of those items, but only in the hope that the sale items are even available. I never buy meat there...H.E.B has a much better meat department. After many times of heading to check out with a cart full of groceries only to find that I have to not only ring everything up myself but also find a way to pile items up on the very small platform until I can get to bagging it all up. My new practice is that if I arrive at checkout and there is no cashier available, I remove only the sale items from my cart and leave the rest of the items in the cart behind. Self-checkout should be an option, not mandatory. If it is mandatory, put me on your payroll.

It's always something with this location. Why offer coupons if the store isn't going to honor their own coupons?! H‑E‑B would never!

I hate this store. The people who work there don't help you and if they do they are slow. I will not shop there again.

This Kroger is actually more convenient that the other grocery chains in the area. So I can appreciate getting in and out is easy. Although parking can be a hassle. Not sure who designed the parking lot but it's extremely tight going down the aisles with 2 way traffic. The deli is my favorite part of the store. It's always fresh and good. The fried chicken is really good but sells out real quick. The bakery needs some real upgrades. I never like the bakery and they don't do a good job of designing the cakes. I was very disappointed for holidays on what they offer but the cookies are good. Other than that it's a pretty decent store and regardless of my complaints I'll keep shopping here.
