Asked if they had Trulicity so I could send a prescription there, and the lady told me that I needed a prescription for her to answer that question. I don't get lt. ?1/23/23

I came to pharmacy and they told me it will take around 60 minutes, I came back after 70 minutes they told me it will take another 15 to 20 minutes. My prescription was for mouthwash and antibiotic. Man named Shawn came to counter and said we are not giving exact timing.

I go to this Pharmacy for more than 10 years. They changed staff. I went today to pick up prescriptions and I noticed the medicine was not the right one. It was the one previously prescribed by my doctor but because I do not like a powder form to mix on something, this was changed to a pill form. So I went inside the store to return the medicine (has not left the place) . The person that handed me the medicine via their window is the same Tech that receives my return. Her name is Dorthea. I have a bad experience with this person every time I picked up my medicine as she frowns a lot to me , I noticed....but has a wide smile to her other customer and I dont know why and it does not bother me not until today. When she gave me the paper to sign I signed and she gave me again the whole papers stapled together and she slammed it to the counter in front of me. So I asked her "is this the way you hand receipts? She mumbled. Now the Pharmacist Raymond in a distant told me out in the blue " I told you it was $134 dollars yesterday". I did not even know how much I was paying until he blurted. I just told him , I dont like powder form , I like pills instead and I thought my MD sent another prescription as I called them yesterday. They refunded the money. When I got home I kept thinking about the situation. These people thought I have to return the medicine because of the price. I should have slap them with my $1,500.00 yearly Flexible Spending Account from my contribution for any medical/surgical related expenses. I dont care how much, I have insurance and on top of that I have the FSA that I put money for this expenses. I feel like I was humiliated! So I will stop going to this place. I love Cathy the other Tech and Shawn the other Pharmacist... I will miss them but I do not want to be treated this way again. Kroger in 8323 Broadway Pearland is the one I am reviewing.

This pharmacy is more than insulting. They accuse you of being addicted to narcotics and regulate medication a physician (not the pharmacy) prescribed you. The MD is the one who prescribes but the pharm D is mad because of it and takes the anger out on innocent customers with no explanation. I also have RX authority and have NEVER EVER been convicted or accused of drug crimes period. The mere fact that I have to call and explain to a pharmacist why I need my medication refilled is a red flag right there. He is not my doctor. I work crazy hours and requesting to fill not even early as I picked up the last script late because of my work hours is problematic for this store. Never again. I will be respected as a person and as a customer. I am not a patient of Kroger pharmacy. This is ridiculous.

Moving to Kroger pharmacy from wallgreens was one of the best choices we ever made the staff is always friendly and helpful and are quick to get us answers to any questions we may have any time we have had any issues its been on the dr. End of things KROGER PLEASE GIVE THIS STAFF AT 518 AND CULLEN A RAISE they deserve it

Manager Alex, and front end supervisor Cynthia are horrible leaders.. No sense of urgency , lack of customer service skills and come up with excuses when under pressure. My excuses were "Im on my lunch break" and "were trying to get better". Do Not shop here! I REPEAT DO NOT!

I went to pick up my medicine. I was told the last time I picked up my medicine that I would be notified when my Medline would be ready for pick. I was down to my last pill with no prior notification so I went to the store and renewed in person. After I picked up my medicine I got a call saying my order was ready. That is terrible service.

This place runs very efficiently. There is always a short wait to fill a subscription. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will recommend coupons for higher priced medications.

Very polite and helpful employees. Light and bright atmosphere. Labeled properly, hate the hassle of having to figure out what price goes to what and then finding out at the register it was improperly marked.

No matter what questions we have regarding our medication the pharmacist is always ready to give us an answer. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and polite. We used to go to Wal Mart but never again. The service at this Kroger pharmacy is outstanding!
