Been to this pharmacy for years. Moved to other side of PEARLAND but chose to come back to this one instead of the other nearby pharmacies due to the service and people. The service was always exceptional and fast. The people treated us like family. Phone calls were almost always get answered immediately when requested for pharmacy. Cannot ask for a better pharmacy to visit.

Poor customer service. Lady at the drive thru window always looks miserable and bothered plus she pays zero attention to her surroundings ? long wait times without being acknowledge, then rushed after receiving prescriptions.

Went through the drive through window because I have Covid to pick up my prescriptions. The young lady said I’m still working on them. So I said, “I’ll sit in my car and wait for your text when ready” sat there 50 minutes then I see them pull down the shade saying closed! I ran into the store they were closing the metal gate and I said hello I need my medicine and they said we’re closing. I said that lady told me she would text me when my medicine was ready and I’ve been waiting almost an hour, no text and then you’re just going to close! She wouldn’t say anything. Unbelievable I’ll never use Krogers pharmacy again!

Wish I could give 0 stars, awful customer service, put me on hold several times I was transferred to other departments in the store. Not friendly at all or helpful.

Pharmacist Ogbe is a jerk. He refused to order a medication for me simply because he did not want to take the time. He told me to go to CVS or Walgreens. No customer service and no compassion. One star is too generous.

Worst pharmacy, poor customer service and extremely rude pharmacist. I will never understand why there is such disregard emergency situations when people need their medications and phone was hung up on my face.

Pharmacist refused to refill a prescription & said my doctor had to be within 5 minutes of this Kroger??? I don’t know how ethical it is for a pharmacist to deny you a prescription refill based on that. I don’t even think there is a doctors office within 5 minutes of this Kroger. I think the person on the phones name was OGE or OGA. Needless to say, my family & I won’t be using Kroger’s pharmacy & we won’t be shopping at Kroger.

Scripts are never ready in a reasonable time. Even when calling to see when they’ll be ready. If it’s gonna take 2 days, tell me that, not 1 hour and now we both staring at each other when I give extra time and they still aren’t ready. I understand being understaffed, but be reasonable. You’re just adding to your own stress!

They never had Rx everything it's something different you are a large chain. But I will be switching pharmacy. Then staff shouldn't tell customers to come then you get here I'm so sorry we don't have it...
