We have a QFC in Seattle and they do a great job with the curbside pickup. I came to this location as they were the only ones stocked with the Rold Gold Cool Ranch pretzels. They had plenty in stock. The curbside pickup here is fast and efficient. My cold food was bagged separately from the other items, which is awesome. Thank you!

Staff is usually friendly, but is understaffed. Their lines are always long, and self checkout even getting a few things is a nightmare. Makes me not even wanna shop there even to save money. Went today and both times when me and mom checked out we had to wait for them to clear us because the camera on the stupid self check out is what is this. And then they had bogo wontons in wrong spot and wouldnt take it off, so i wasnt gonna let my ice cream melt i just told them to take them both off and even waiting for that took too long cuz they are understaffed.

Today 1/14/25 around 530 pm i went to buy some stuff there , on the fresh produce the price on the label and the price i was charged was not match( no big deal) but this particular cashier (initial L, maybe 20s/30s y/o) SHE was so rude not even explaining anything to me about it , just asked my kroger card VERY RUDE, dont they realize I could go to HEB next door with all employees are so friendly and nice.. they need to step up with their customer service. I WILL THINK TWICE TO GO THERE AGAIN.

I got there at 10:55 PM. She said the store is closed and looks at her watch and says it's 2 minutes before closing. I clearly show her the time on my phone and it says 10:55 PM. And this is not the first time it has happened.

The manager on duty for October 5th, 2024 around 9am and the worker for self checkout treated my mother unfairly. For weeks the store has incorrectly labeled their cases of water as a cheaper price than what it rings up to at check out. My parents always let the cashier know and they have accommodated to the lower price. Today, my mother went alone and was denied the lower price. My Mother is Hispanic and my Father is white. I cannot see any other reason to treat two customers with the same issue differently. This has been a repeated issue for my Mother where people double check to see if she’s stealing or refuse to give proper customer service. My Mother has came to this Kroger for 20 years and it’s ridiculous a whole argument was caused over an issue that the store created for themselves.

I was profiled again in this store as a brown skin elderly Hispanic woman and I bought three items and they purposely set the door Alarm off when I walked through it , I came back inside and the employee said don’t worry about the alarm , my mother looks white and she never has this problem, I have friends that have never had this problem , I look Mexican so they did it on purpose , and they followed me while I shopped , white skin people do not go through this , especially pearland it’s so bad with profiling , this is the 2nd time they have done something to me , trying to accuse me of stealing and profiling me

There are grocery delivery deals and 2X fuel discount deals with coupons. I also have a Krogers card to earn reward points. I like that a lot.

No checkers on duty. There is no customer service at all. Why shop here when HEB is right down the street.
