Easily the WORST Kroger in the Pearland area. Understaffed daily! Unfriendly staff on all levels. No one ever changes the sale signs on items in time to reflect current prices so unless you do the work for them and check yourself, you better not leave without looking at your receipt!! Customer care lines are eternally long and there is never any sense of urgency to get more people back there to help customers. I loathe this Kroger location with a passion. Management will never get it together.

I’ve been here 3 times and 2 of the times were bad. I will not return. The people who work here are very nice and friendly but the quality of food is very terrible and I refuse to come back here. The first time I got bad produce I thought it was a one off situation but now after this second time I will not come back to this location at all. The bell peppers are growing mold. There was an alive fly inside of the bag of bread. I killed it. Our bread was smashed like something was placed ontop of it, only 3 slices were ok. The apples were off. It was inedible. Not worth going back for a refund.

I’ve been to this Kroger's multiple and in the past it has always been a great experience. On 1/25/25 around 5:20pm (name tag said Terry). This was by far the worst customer service ever, and on top of that he made my iced Matcha terrible, super bitter…. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but he his attitude was terrible and would not recommend this place.

I went to krogers at 8323 broadway st 77581 in pearland. The time is 2:44 pm on Tuesday 10-08-2024.The self check cashier is not welcoming at all.This is the second time I have encountered her.I check myself out an I look at her an I am waiting for her to say thank you an have a nice day or maybe even a smile or nod.Nope I get nothing from her but a mean mug an a roll of the eyes an this happened both times I have checked out at this particular kroger.Now if she doesn't like her job then she should look into working somewhere where she doesn't have to encounter people. Her whole energy is off.

With all the speculation right now, about the meat being made from a lab and combing leftover scraps from old steaks. I can confirm that there is definitely something to be concerned about. We cooked this steak FOR almost 30 minutes and it’s completely black on the outside. Charred all over the outside of the steak but still will not cook at all in the inside. I was so hungry and just wanted a bite and when I did, it was chewy and it wouldn’t even break down in my mouth. On top of that, it tasted like cow BUTT. I can’t even trust anything anymore. Never buying an on sale steak ever again. Probably never gonna shop at Kroger again. Period. Lying to us!!!! Distasteful.

My wife and I go here two to three times a week. Never had a bad experience. Meats, veggies, and fruits are always fresh.

I had a bad experience from bakery. I ordered a tres Leche birthday cake. There was no Leche. I felt like they need to get real training on how to make a tres Leche cake. Very disappointed.

This is a very good Kroger location that has a better depth of variety + selection in all departments. Bigger + better bakery dept. with lots of cakes including refrigerated + frozen ice cream cakes for your birthdays + celebrations. Everything from coffee choices, spices + juices are in copious amounts here compared to the other Kroger nearby. This is the Kroger to go to in Pearland, not the other.
