My nail tech is amazing, but the new owners have made the pricing ridiculous! The nail prices are okay, I guess, but the pedicures are beyond ridiculous. They don’t even make sense. 19 minute hot stone massages? Why an uneven number and not everyone even wants this. The hot stone and massages should be optional. They just added these unnecessary things to up the prices. I do love my nail tech and have been with her for years, but definitely considering switching salons. I hope all these price changes are worth losing loyal customers. You could’ve at the bare minimum grandfathered pricing in for those of who’ve been customers for years. There are equally good salons with lower pricing in the area. Wish the wood I’ve never sold this salon.
