Crystal the front desk lady should not be seen working for kabcorp because she acts like she don't care. No good customer service from her. She messes with specimens and always on her phone. This is the second time she is doing it. I will report her to NHA or CLIA . Labcorp you all don't want to pay , that is why you hire bad people that taint your company. How can someone mess with the specimens dropped off and make them look like the person did the wrong thing. If she is not called to order, I will report her myself and she will be done for even her certifications too because I don't think she knows what she is doing

My appointment was for 1030am and I'm still waiting to be called. I am ONLY here for a UA and those 4 large glasses of water are fixing to fill the trash can if they don't hurry. They said they are shirt and have only 2 techs. Not my problem nor the other 16 people waiting in the lobby. Quest has this location beat by miles!! I'm guessing I will be using them the next time.

The tech, ZaZa was the best!
When I tell you I didn't feel a thing I didn't! (Not a pinch, not a prick, nada! ) She found the vein, got the blood and was done!

Very annoying their trash system shut down.
I was barely there for 10 mins. And had to pay $7 for parking.
They don't validate bc it isn't their building.

Had me waiting for 2 hours just to say they don’t do drug screens for pre employment!!! Have a sign would help alot!!!

I love this location! My newborn has to get his blood drawn frequently and Debbie has been outstanding. She is kind and friendly, and she’s an excellent stick!!! She’s gotten his blood on the first try each time. I get so anxious to take my baby in to get blood but Debbie makes the experience so much easier on me and my baby. I’m so thankful for her! The office is so nice as well which is great and makes me comfortable. Highly recommend this location if you need blood drawn on your kids.

I had a friday morning appointment; was in and out within 15 minutes. Debbie was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and engaged in conversation. I was very happy with my service today.

Very efficient place to get your bloodworks done. 8mins from my house. You get reminders of your appointment and they have an efficient online system. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I called this place to see if they were able to administer a pre-employment drug screening. No one answered. I figured they must be really busy, so I drove the 20 minutes to get there to find an empty waiting area and the receptionist with her back to the window and her cell phone in her hand. I asked if they were able to administer my drug screening and she told me they were unable to because they don’t have restrooms. Okay, understood, but it would have been nice if she could have sat her phone down a second and answered the business phone to tell me that before I made the trip.
