Visited the Pearland Town Center Lens Crafters on 7/30/25 which is our go to optical shop for the last 5 years.
Many of the wonderful staff are no longer around and on this visit was very happy to have met Maria who is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my concern on the lens craftsmanship.
On this visit we used the Protection Plan which I highly recommend because at the end of every school year, my son’s glasses always needs a repair. I am grateful for Maria who has assisted me on this transaction.

I am always impressed with the staff, especially Nate who helped me choose the right glasses for me from a vast selection..It’s usually a challenge to pick the right pair but Nate made it easy. Great job Nate!! I absolutely love my new glasses; they maybe expensive but they’re worth every penny.

The ambiance is pleasant, the location is excellent, and Josh was exceptionally helpful. He repaired my glasses with remarkable speed, and the quality of service is truly outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great technician. Rashawn was the man!! 4 pairs of glasses done for a pretty good price. Now I need to file insurance papers.

I went this afternoon to see if they could help get a small spot on one of my lenses out with some buffing. There were 2 associates and busy with customers. No one greeted us or told us where to wait. My partner looked around and after 5 min the gentleman looked and finally asked if I was picking up. I responded and he said he'd be right with me ...he kept hovering over this woman that was trying to look for a specific pair of glasses. I swear it took her 20 minutes of looking and the gentleman just kept following her like a sad puppy trying to hold her hand and never bothered to just step away for something that would have taken 1 minute to help. I ended up leaving since they weren't in a rush to even bother to look at my glasses. What a joke of a place!!!
