I stopped in Marshall’s today and every employee I came across spoke and asked me how I was doing with a smile. One man even thanked me for shopping with them. The store was cleanest I’ve ever seen any Marshalls and the store had a good selection of items.

Staff was talking amongst each other the ENTIRE TIME!!! My cashier didn't even say hello or goodbye to me, she was too busy talking to the other cashiers about nonsense!! I will NEVER come back to this location. Its too ghetto and riddled with cashiers who dont care about customers.

Absolutely despicable behavior from the manager toward a frequent return customer who spends a lot of money at these stores. The store is always trashed and there's hardly ever any items on the shelves like there are at different locations. The staff is very friendly but the manager tonight December 22nd at 10:00 at night I didn't catch her name but she was extremely unprofessional in the way she was talking to me. I wasn't being loud I wasn't being disrespectful I didn't have an attitude so I don't understand why she would talk to me the way that she did. I'm a single mom and I depend on my credit cards for the holidays and for my kids birthdays since they are only 3 weeks apart. I can pay back later no problem. But for some reason I didn't have TJ Maxx credit card on me but I was able to go on the app and try to get my digital card like I've had to do several times but this time it wanted to verify that it was me even though I signed into my account using my thumbprint and it wanted to verify me by two unknown numbers that I have no idea who they are they're not my kids numbers they're none of my family members or any ex-boyfriend's numbers so this already is a horrifying experience to begin with. On December 21st Is when I purchase the items and when I got home I went on the website on my computer and it would not let me delete those unknown numbers that are affiliated with my account. So anyways I was forced to use my debit card and I was told to come back to the store with my tjmax credit card and they would do a return and then a repurchase and put it on my TJ Maxx card. Then today December 22nd I went there midday but the line to purchase items wrapped around the entire store it was crazy. I asked a staff member if there is a separate line for returns he says no. I told him my situation that I didn't have my TJ Maxx card and I was told to come back to do a return and repurchase and he says yes that's fine we can do that but that I might want to come back at 10:00 p.m. when there is not that many customers. So two staff members telling me that I can plus another staff member from a couple days ago that easily did a return and repurchase right there at the same time so that I can use my rewards but then this manager today has a problem with it and gets absolutely disgusting with me. I'm not okay with it at all and if you can't treat your customers with respect that they deserve then maybe retail is not the job for you. I understand that work gets crazy around the holidays trust me I have a job that does the same thing but not once have I've ever been disrespectful to anyone just because I've had a hard day. So in my car I'm in tears and I thought to call another Marshalls to get a second opinion. I asked to speak to the manager and told him the situation and how the manager at this location treated me. He says it's absolutely no problem please come by and I will take care of you. Let's give this guy a major Applause because that is how you handle a customer. So after leaving this location I went straight to the other location and the manager took care of me and was so kind treated me with such kindness and such respect I cannot thank him enough. And I'm sorry I don't normally say this but y'all need to fire the manager at this location because she's absolutely disrespectful to the customers. Retail is not the job for her.

I went into Marshall’s to look for a Dutch oven. Daisy who works at Marshalls was amazing and helped me find the perfect one. Her customer service was phenomenal and she even took it up to the front to hold for me since it was so heavy and I didn’t have a basket. ❤️

Slow service. It's really frustrating their price check process is to find an item that is same brand but not even same style (sweater vs shirt) to try to price an item with no tags whatsoever found on clearance rack. No manager involved and unfair pricing after waiting way too long. Any fair price and I would have made the purchase but they tried to change me the price of a sweater for a basic shirt with no tags that was likely a return.
