This place was recommended to me when my usual place was packed. They told me the wedding dress would be ready after 5:00. It was not ready. When I asked him to just give me the dress back he told me it was in the back and they don't work on weekends. I was finally able to pick it up 4 days after it was supposed to be ready. They hadn't even called me but I stopped since I was passing. $49, full price, despite being told it would be discounted for the inconvenience.

Couldn't do what I do without them! What a godsend. Laundry is always picked up and dropped off on time and all of my interactions have been awesome. Highly recommend their services. Spend less time doing laundry and more time with your family and friends.

If I could give 0/10 I would. Worst customer service.Dropped my cloths off and didn’t hear anything about pick up from them for a couple of days . So went in to check. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the receipt since I never had to show it for pick up in the past and they just needed my number .Asked the dude and he said I haven’t dropped it off, I told him I did and that I don’t have the receipt because I always picked it up using my number . He accused me of lying, I asked him to check the video feed that they have . He said “ I got other things to do , bring me the receipt” .He clearly didn’t wanna help and I was the only customer in the store . Never gonna go here again and would highly recommend everyone to stay away or if you go keep your receipt because they do not want to help you or care.
