I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the masseuse! Her skilled hands worked magic on my tense muscles, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance was soothing, and her friendly demeanor made the entire session even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for more sessions in the future!

The lady I had was very sweet but I didn't receive my full body massage I paid for. I only got the top half completed ☹️ she spent too long on areas of focus and asked me questions throughout the hour. I could also hear her swishing a cough drop in her mouth, banging around cabinets to grab hot rocks, and walked in squeaky shoes. it was hard for me to relax. I asked for deep tissue but the pressure was inconsistent throughout thewhole massage. & majority of the time she massaged fast and it was hard to relax then as well. My head massage was like quickly lathering my hair with shampoo at a hairdresser ? again, sweet lady, but I don't think I'll be back ?

Russ is amazing. He listened to me and truly aimed to help me feel better. He's in a league of his own. Amazing hands. Truly has a gift. He paid attention to detail. He also showed incredible knowledge of the Body and knew what to do and where to appy pressure. I was so comfortable with him and he made sure I was good throughout the massage. I was ready to propose and ask him to marry me about 60 seconds into the massage. It truly felt like therapy. ?

I've been there 3 times. The facility is nicer than the other MH I visited, visually and customer service wise. I'll refrain from giving a detailed review of that other location, until I speak with management to see how they resolve an issue I had today.

I was apprehensive to try this location after reading many recent google reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. The two ladies at the front desk were polite and efficient. My therapist "Ale" was by far the best I've had in a long time. She was outstanding. Ale no doubt had a deep knowledge of medical and athletic therapy. I will definitely use her again! She is awesome!

Stella is the best masseuse there!! I really hate she works for such horrible company!This particular location is horrible with communication! They hire a slew of young individuals to handle the front desk and business! So unprofessional and give out false information and that’s bad for business when dealing with customers money and credit cards!Policies are made up on a case by case basis! No one knows anything when you’re charged incorrectly; they all point the fingers at each other! Avoid this company and find a much better business to do business with!!!

I have been member over 7 years. Today I had appointment and I confirmed the appointment yesterday but unfortunately due to busy work, I reached home and totally forgot about the appointment. They called me and intially said will charge me $ 40. I apologised and asked to forgive the no show fee because this has never happened. whoever I was speaking to put me on hold and then said -We will charge you. I said I want to talk to manager then she said there is no manager. Then monica answered the call and said I am the manager. I asked her then why the other person lied there is no manager working today. Anyway Monica in anger said we will charge you $ 75 for no show.I was upset because last time without my permission they kept charging my card automatically for 2 months and I found out and they apologised and I said ok. so mistakes do happen.I think it was bad customer service to their clients, especailly front desk.But since my therapist does not get paid, I said ok charge my card any way for no show. I love my therapist. she is the best.

This place will SCAM you out of your money and the customer service is piss poor! I used a gift card for a facial in November and decided to get the membership. I left a $20 tip on my card, but an employee put an additional $69 tip that I didn’t authorize. When I recognized the unauthorized charge, I immediately called and told the manager/lead and asked to cancel my membership as I felt uncomfortable doing business with them at that point. She told me that she’d cancel and would look into the unauthorized charge and get back with me. She never called me back! Then I got charged in December, January, and February for the membership. I called nonstop and was always told it was canceled and I’d be called back about the refund. No one called. Then suddenly the manager from November and December was no longer with the company and suddenly the manager I spoke with starting January says there weren’t any notes on my account about the membership cancellation or unauthorized charges. I have been calling regularly since November and still haven’t been refunded for all of the charges. The current manager claims there’s nothing she can do now because the charges are out of the window of time to process a refund. They currently owe me $210 and don’t seem to care to rectify the situation. Do NOT support this business!!

Please don’t come here better don’t come member this is a SCAM we being trying to cancel for the last two months and they keep charging my credit card I ask to talk to a manager and because they don’t have a manager at this location they always say someone will get back to you and two months here we are I wish corporate will see this post I have all the probes I have records off all the phone calls I believe is time for the next step

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service that I recently received from your establishment. I contacted your front desk team regarding my membership account and the issue I was experiencing with it. The experience I had was nothing short of horrible.The representative(s) Jordan and Zaraiah (I believe that's what she said her name was) who in which I spoke with were unhelpful and rude to say the least. Zariah noted she would call me back with an update and never did. After an hour i called back and spoke with Jordan who in which decided to hang up on me. When asked to speak with the manager (Tam) i was told to try back again in 2-5 business days. Despite explaining my issue multiple times and my desire to book an appointment for the following day, I was repeatedly told that there was nothing that could be done to assist me outside of reaching back out in 2-5 business days.As a long standing member with the retreat for over a decade, I expect to be treated with respect and as a valued member by receiving help when needed. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my interaction with your front desk staff. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It is a shame that the therapist will ultimately be the ones who suffer when their schedules are not being filled due to the front staff and their lackadaisical behavior. Your front desk team needs to be revamped and retrained immediately on how to deal with members and conflict resolution. The last place a member should be experiencing an issue with is at the place that is suppose to bring tranquility.I would appreciate if the owner could investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that such an experience does not happen to anyone else. I hope that you all take the necessary measures to improve your customer service and prevent a similar situation from happening in the future.

This place deserve NEGATIVE 10 stars. This busniss is running scam by charging people and not providing services. I spoke to the representative name Zoe to book same day appointment she asked for credit card I told her we have groupon, she said it's for security in case if customer doesn't show up on the appointment. My husband went to the appointment before he walked in for his appointment; they canceled his appointment and charged the credit card $80.00. They told him his appointment is canceled. I called to find out Monique said that I called to cancel; and I did not call to cancel. All those negative reviews are ABSOLUTELY true and 100% correct! Do NOT go to this place don't even give them credit card information they will charge it without notifying you.

I’ve been going to this location for several months now with my membership. Please keep in mind that I have a membership. I scheduled an appointment for April 1. My payment comes out on April 3. Although I have a membership, I was charged full price for my appointment because my payment does not come out until two days later. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I regret getting the membership. It was not explained to me upfront that you should not schedule an appointment until after your monthly draft fee. The front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all. Customer service could be better. I had a great experience with my therapist. She is always great and does an amazing job. However, I look forward to ending my membership and will not be renewing. Consider your options before committing to a membership with this location.
