I was scheduled for a venous Doppler, I never received a phone call informing me of the amount I’d have to pay at the time of the appointment. I decided to call the morning of my procedure to ask just in case I needed to reschedule. I was told that I could ask to have the account billed to me or ask to be placed on a payment plan. I needed to know this so I don’t take unnecessary time off from work. When I got there they told me I’d have to pay half up front to get the procedure done. I informed them of what was told to me and the only thing they could do was tell me I’d have to pay $200 (instead of the full $800) and they don’t do payment plans. They have all the records stating they tried to call me from an 832 phone number (I got NOT 1 call!) but do not have the record of me calling this morning to try and make sure MY time wasn’t wasted!

I've been going here since they opened this location. Before that I went to the one on Richmond. I've never had to wait long. In fact, usually I'm still filling out the forms and they call me back to register and maybe 20 minutes later I'm having my mammogram done.

Staff was nice and accommodating. We were here for 2 hours but got the job done!Be Aware that the Imaging Center ENTRANCE is in the BACK OF THE BUILDING if entering from SH 288 (west entrance).It is NOT IN Plaza I (south entrance). Even though there are 2 East entrances facing SH 288, the rooms are empty and does not connect to Plaza I nor the Imaging Center. I saw a gentleman in a wheelchair with his 2 family members checking out all the entrances like we did and wasting time trying to find the Imaging Center Entrance. Just keep on turning right when you see the building until you reach the back.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Horrible service. Mammogram done September 2 and no word back as of September 15th. I called and was told the radiologist hadn’t read my screening yet then was told they needed me to contact my previous mammogram lab to get results they could compare to. I completed an authorization form on September 2 granting permission to receive my previous labs. I will NEVER use this unorganized, unprofessional company again.

Great location! From checking in to the actual MRI, the process was fantastic. Thank you to everyone that helped make the visit easy for a nervous lady.

The woman at the front desk, as well as Kathy who did my mammogram did their jobs,period. No pleasantries, listening, or more than bare necessity communication. However,Sabrina, the woman doing ultrasounds was excellent! Compassionate,friendly,thorough and put me at ease. When already nervous about a potentially scary outcome, a smile and soothing voice go a long way.

I had follow up appointment for 1 pm . I got there 20 minutes early . When I got there the front desk staff gave me paper work to complete . I wait till 125 pm to be registered. By that time, I started to inquire if the tech was available . The front desk staff never called the tech for an update . I had to ask her again . This is like 1 45 pm . Finally the tech comes out . So this is like 150 pm , I ask tech if she will complete my exam she informs me there are patients before me . I am not sure if this location in short staff but why should a patient wait almost 1 hour yo be informed that there are patient ahead of them . Also please hire people who want to be there for patient care and not a pay check . The staff are very rude and have don’t care attitude.

The worse facility to receive any type of medical care. I asked for a reminder for my appointment which I didn’t receive. I had to reach out to the office to confirm my appointment twice because I was told 2 different times. I made it to my appointment exactly 7 min late & 3 of the minutes was because a person was in front of me that needed additional assistance. The Hispanic lady at the front stated I couldn’t be seen and I had to reschedule. Please reconsider this place. The customer service are very poor and the staff doesn’t care if you receive medical care.

My Mom is visiting from out of town and has severe pain in her left leg. Took her to Memorial Herman Pearland big mistake. Check in was ok. We set there at least 4hours or more before we saw a doctor I guess Liliya Aznaurova-Anderson who was horrible, uncaring, probably racist too and unconcerned about my Moms well being. She ordered a ultrasound for her arm when it was her leg that was hurting. She said she was writing a prescription for and then when we called and ask she said she wasn't that her PCP needed to write prescription. A liar is what she was. I have never experienced leaving an ER feeling the same when you came in pain. They did not do anything to help my Mom's pain gave her a Tylenol 3 and we had to ask. You will send a huge bill to insurance and didn't earn it. I strongly suggest you go to another ER.

I had a good experience overall. Registration was pretty straight forward. They did tell me I was 30 mins late even though I was there right at my appointment time (apparently you’re supposed to arrive 30 mins before but I don’t recall being told that). The receptionist still accommodated me and made the registration process fast and seamless. My tech was good. She explained everything, was patient and seemed to do a thorough scan. I got my results from my doctor’s office the next day. Can’t complain and would go back.P.S. The self pay rate was way less expensive than it would have cost with insurance.

The mammogram technician Latasha was very nice and caring. However, the front desk, especially the one that handles orders are not professional and has an attitude. They waited three weeks until the day of my mammogram appointment to let me know that the order didn’t go through their fax machine properly and unreadable. Could have asked my dr.office to re-send the order PRIOR mammogram appointment instead of waiting until last moment.I prefer to go to the Southeast location on Astoria.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just went in for an appointment at 10:20 and was not seen because I was told I was 30 minutes late, despite showing up on time. They told me I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early, but no where in my appointment conformation or reminded did it say that. It was a huge waste of my time, and there was no one willing to make it right, despite this being THEIR mistake.

The worst work ethnic any business/employee can have is "Laziness". With this trait, the entire business and workflow will only roll down hill (snowball effect). Check-in Staff is a Fail. This facility clearly portrayed Laziness and lacks professionalism. You will not get the care you need at the Imaging Ctr in Pearland. Save your family and friends some time and do NOT go here, they do not care for your family's health. I have written 1 google review in my lifetime (Ages) and this is my second one. I have NEVER encountered a situation like this before. needs change in management in every dept. Read the other reviews is a consistent history with this place. Go get some healthcare else where!!! There are plenty of other imaging centers that will provide you the care/service you need. **You have been Warned!!**

The check-in staff, shorter lady with glasses hispanic perhaps sits on the left, is unknowledgeable, and does not want to do her job nor escalate the issue when asked had to be asked multiple times for her escalate the request. cancelled our appointment when we got there. we confirmed with our insurance and spoke to their reps prior appt date.UNACCEPTABLE. Lack professional Customer Service. Inconsiderate.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Unless you enjoy rude, inconsiderate, stressful environments. Don't say you weren't warned. I was warned and went anyways. Shame on me.
