The employees masa and Esmeralda did an amazing job, helped us with the phones and are nice ladies. I recommend everyone to make this store, their to go store. We did an upgrade, amazing service.

If I could give him zero, there would be today I tried to go pay my brother's bill since he can't and works which a woman with a bad attitude did not want to receive the payment since she argues that it is new policies of the metro company, before she I received the payment, they just sent a message with the code and that's it. Now she had a bad attitude and was ridiculous when she said that she couldn't do it without a cell phone. I was going to pay. I was in the store, I called metro and spoke to an agent and she explained to me that that wasn't the case. It was like that and he talked to her and she kept the information that she couldn't make the payment so the agent told her to make an anonymous payment so she with her frustrated face said no, I don't recommend this store don't go there it has bad service this one People are not qualified to provide customer service, I come back and repeat like a wife who needs to pay for her husband's cell phone or a child who won't be able to pay would do!!!!!! These people are not qualified or qualified, don't go there.

Went to this store on Saturday. Bought new phones. Was given incorrect information. Didn't receive any receipts for what I purchased. Tried to call back all day on 1/10/24 but the phone went to some automatic voicemail. This will no longer be my go to store.

The service sucks theyre always asking to put a new line for free & make you pay for it after the clerks are always gonna have a attitude with me especially if I say im just there to pay my bill stupid

Today I was spending quite a bit of time in the metro store waiting to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new one. A woman and her mother came in the store quite angry that her phone bill was more then she expected for her mother’s new phone. Her voice and demands became very loud and rude. Finally the employee refused to help her telling her she needed to go to another store or the regional manager. The language from the woman was absolutely out of line and disgusting. The woman working the store handled the situation calmly by presenting a boundary that would not be changed.
