We came here getting supplies for my son’s project for school. They had most of what we needed but they were running low on supplies because they have everything! I absolutely love how much variety of arts and crafts they provide.

Don't forget to use your rewards to save money. I always end up looking for mine while waiting to check out. They have self checkouts here now. They have also started selling balloons.

Jobeth, the manager, and Jennifer, one of the balloon artists, at the Pearland, TX location are AMAZING! My birthday balloon bouquets were BEAUTIFUL and Jobeth even said she'd help me get the balloons home safely, but I went ahead and drove home with them with my hazard lights on, which she suggested also! 10/10

I ordered post-it online to be picked up at the store. I received an email that it was ready but when I get there it’s not on the bin. The store clerk found my order tag in the pick up locker but the item was not there. I have to wait more than 10 minutes for them to get it ready. The 3 stars rating goes to the store staff to whom the front clerk asked help from to look for it and get my order ready.

They've added a self checkout, which is new to me as I have not been inside a Michales store, with the option to buy online.
