Absolutely disappointing service at this location, the Printing Service clerk/staff at 6:30 pm , said she cannot laminate 6 A4 size printouts today! And yes, she was not busy or there was no queue. This is the first time in 7 years from an Office Depot outlet

Says on the site they can print 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, etc. They did not do this.
What I got were 3.7 by 5.7, 5.8 by 7.8, 8.7 x 10.5 ... I tried to tell them in store it was wrong when I noticed one was off, all they could do was print it bigger, and said that was just how the program was. I had people behind me and felt pressured to just grab my photos without measuring the rest of them in-store and having them reprint it over and over. I deeply regret not checking them there when I saw how wrong one was. They're all wrong. Every dimension, every size.
The thing is, I gave them files of the exact dimensions, said which file was what dimension, and told them what I wanted, and they still couldn't do it right. I have a bunch of prints that won't fit frames unless I start cropping off limbs/important parts of the picture in the background.
Also, there's an extra charge to cut them out of the photo paper. Other photo places can just print them on the right paper from the get go, and I could have seen that they were wrong before paying if they were sized incorrectly.
I don't know how I used this place before and got the photos sized okay last time, but I'm not using it again. It's too much of a hassle to go back and try to return all of this, nevermind getting it printed the right size. They said they could print 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, etc, and they did not, and didn't take care to fix it. I'm disappointed when they don't fulfill what they say they'll do, and don't follow through to ensure I got what I came in and paid for.

Sandy at the printing station provided exceptional service despite an extremely busy line. She was patient, professional, and efficient, handling every request with a positive attitude. Her hard work and attentiveness are truly exceptional.

My first time here. I was greeted at the front. Another employee was very informative in directing me to what I needed. Then another employee was able to inform me about specials, and I was offered to join their program. Sign up was quick! Check out was fast. Because of the service, I'll return here for all my business and even home needs!

The ladies in the photo department are always a huge help to me. They are amazing and was able to get my order to me while being very busy with limited staff.

Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable during my visit.
One of the managers took the time to show me several office chairs, including demonstrations on how their different features worked.
I initially came in to purchase a less expensive chair that was on sale for $200 off its normal price, but after he did such a great job on presentation, and then letting me take the time that I needed to browse around the store without feeling rushed, I was glad to spend more money on a higher quality chair that was a better fit for me.
I'm very happy with the chair.
Outstanding customer service.

Office Depot carries the critical supplies I need. No one else carries the individual color cartridges, and no one else carries the 18 X 24 grid paper I use for engineering drawings

Why would you remove the work table that allows customer to write or even prepare their paper work that is so wrong and when I asked the staff why it was removed nobody could give me a tangible reason. I have been to several office depot and I have never seen any without a work table for customers.

3 employees helped others print out documents, but wouldn’t help my mom print out her documents for work. I had to figure everything out and do their job and help her print out all her documents when I told the lady that we needed help at the self printer station and she just gave a dumb stare look and never came over to help and continued on about her day. Y’all need to hire staff that’s going to help customers, because at the end of the day we are keeping them open and keeping them getting paid with our services of the store.

I don't think it's right when you email office Depot, and once received the email the clerk stands an read everything that was sent, because she tells me what's said, those are personal documents, every time she does me like this. I'm not sending any harmful items, after doing me like this several times I decided to by a printer so my personal information won't be in the wrong hands. She's a real big tall young looking lady who wears dresses.

I usually use this office Depot. I don't have problems. However, this time I am trying to print a document from my email. For some reason it didn't print the right way I am trying to do ask the associate a girl who work at the register, and she doesn't want know or answer my questions. Instead she keep telling me you have to convert pdf. I don't have problem with that. She just doesn't want help.
