This office depo has the worst night shift. The rude female working in the print area is awful. Gives you dirty looks. All were unhelpful. And bad attitudes. Hire new people. Clearly it's time to clean house.

I visited Office Depot today, And I was held by a young lady named Lily, Who seems to be very aggravated this morning, as if she was on some type of drug, I asked her questions detailing my order today and immediately after I asked my first question she called over The Manager Erick, upon Erick‘s arrival, she begun making up stuff and Erick quickly took her side, I have been coming to this location for many years. I’ve never ran into this before the treatment that I endure it today was very unscrupulous and it came off a bit racist because when she helped the next customer. She was very polite and patient, but also the next customer was not African-American! So from my experience with dealing with this young lady, for the first time, let me know that if you are African-American, be prepared to be treated differently.

This location REPEATEDLY falls below the standard when it comes to delivering a basic level of service. Sure, every once in a while someone at this store will smile, provide accurate information and swift assistance, leaving the customer to believe they received great service, when in fact, the employee only succeeded at not failing (again). Today was my last effort at giving this store the benefit of the doubt. Tomorrow I will patronize a business that can meet my simple expectations of printing a single copy PNG #byebyeofficedepot #RIP #howareyallstillinbusiness

Attempting to get a print job and lady was very rude and did not want help. She did everything to avoid helping me even though I was very respectful.

John’s customer service was top notch‼️ Was shocked to find out he wasn’t management, he really should be…he has a warm welcoming presence, he was friendly…he needs a raise‼️ People like him are hard to find…y’all have a gem working for y’all‼️

Why offer curbside if you’re just going to make me wait forever and then have to come into the store? Curbside is unreliable, to say the least, at this store. Wish there was another option. This is why retail stores are losing business to Amazon and online retailers. If you can’t deliver the promised service don’t offer it. Simple.

The young lady, Chris, was excellent in the print center. She handled my project with care & went the extra mile to make sure my files came through to their center perfectly.
I returned on a different occasion and the supetvisor/manager of the store was awesome! He walked me to the external drive section and talked me through the selection process. I believe I made the best decision to purchase a particular drive because of his help. This was after I had visited Target and there wasn’t a single store employee in sight of the electronics dept. Well done Office Depot. Customer Service is still alive.

There was no staff available to help, I waited around for several minutes just to ask a question. Then, the self-printing service didn’t work properly and was cutting my documents off but I could not find any staff members to ask for assistance. Will not be coming back. Also, this location is very scarcely stocked. The store looked disorganized and shelves of items were missing.

Very bad experience!!. Was placed on hold for over 35 minutes...the only reason I stayed that long is because really needed help with a couple of questions...very bad service

They might have what you're looking for in store but there is quite a bit of room for improvement in the way of customer service. Incredibly slow, they don't acknowledge you when you're standing at the counter, and they apparently don't utilize curbside technology.

I wanted to make three copies, but they was told to come back the next day. I drove 20 miles because of this. The staff is slow, like they don't feel like they don't want to work...

Printing department is lazy, pointless to come to this location to print something, not helpful at all.
