This place is TINY and over packed , the boys section practically doesn’t exist and people are so rude and have no manners at all. You should have a limit of people you let in the store, pregnant women should not be getting shoved and pushed/squeezed around.

I would NOT recommend selling to this store. I brought hundreds of baby clothes either brand new with tags or barely worn name brand and received $4.55 for 10 items…….. I brought a set of baby onesies still on the hanger with tags and a set of pants still on the hanger with tags from Children’s Place plus so many more brand names for $4? The young girls working there were not professional at all, and I could hear them making jokes about “having to do their work.” I would NEVER come here again when there are other stores who offer $40+ for less items not still on the hanger with tags. Complete scam!!!!!

If you want an attitude from all the girls working here if they don't like you they will not buy or if they buy from you they take all expensive items and give you like 3$ bucks and red head manager and man couple owners are unprofessional my friend bought from them and their store gave her a fake $20 when they bought expensive clothes items from my wife she brought it to their attention they've give her like $5 for all items now when she goes in and they have worst possible service they play music in their to cover all the bad service . If you wanna sell your stuff an get ripped off sell their . Better off to have a yard sale .The young Hispanic manager with black hair heavy set worst possible person and she s in charge !! I've seen her flirting with owners husband 😳😳 and being weird but I never go to this store neither does my friends go to any other once upon a child besides this one so you don't get ripped off they just make excuses why they don't take this an that their just being cheap and ripping people off .avoid this place !!!!!

I wish I can get no stars instead of one but I recently went there with bags and it was my first time going. I didn’t realize they did not accept trash bags so I went ahead and put my clothes inside of the bins then about 15 minutes later they did take some of my Clothes, but we really got me with the fact that they put clothes in a trash bag with a hole in it!! A big hole at that I’m sitting up here trying to figure out. Why would you put clothes in the trash bag that has a big hole in it? So I struggled on the way to my car and they were in a bag, laughing at my face! Better be lucky that I did not cut y’all out!

I brought in a large bin of items. Some of the item still had the tag on it. I was advised by the staff that the items were rejected because they were worn. When I pointed out the item with tags the store associate stated that the items were rejected because they were looking for matching sets (not jeans, jackets, uniform shorts, uniform shirts). If possible, I would suggest that the store advertise it's needs, so that the public is aware of the items that are being accepted that time of the year.

The store has a great set up and plenty to choose from. Just wish they would give more monetary options on buying back items.

•••• I’ve been coming here for a long time and I’ve never really had an issue until yesterday I came in with my mother and my daughter they proceeded to go to the toys while I took down what I was planing on selling all while my mom watched my daughter well it gets time to come see how much they were offering when I see a tall white man which I’m guessing is the owner or manager he tells my Hispanic mom something in English which she didn’t understand he grabbed some playing cards and threw them on the counter telling the young women ringing up “she opened it “ almost yelling i then proceeded to ask my mom did the baby open them ? She told me no she didn’t I was watching her the whole time then I asked the young lady to watch the cámaras or ask the guy to review them before I paid for them they went to the back and she came back and told me they saw the cámaras and it was my daughter I asked her to see them another lady came and showed me telling me see she opened them ! I looked at her and told her excuse me that’s not my daughter that’s another young girl you can see in the video my mom leaving with my daughter while the other girl opened the cards the young lady still hesitant looked at me all weird I had to go get my daughter out the car where she was with my mom just to show them that they weren’t the same person and how I only had 1 baby not 2 it was such a disgrace not only to me but to my mother who felt attacked at the moment by the guy yelling at her telling her that my daughter opened the toy when she didn’t even after everything was confirmed not once did the guy come and apologize for his actions or how he treated us this is so crazy it took 2 minutes to check the cámara instead of him being rude and profiling us it’s crazy because I really did love coming here but I won’t be spending any more of my time and money in this store run by idiotic people ..

I shop here every school year, but some of the prices you could get from the actual store are cheaper, when they put sales on . So I check here first then compare the prices

They should really rethink the location of where the price tag goes. All of the clothes already come with holes in them because of the way that the employees put the tag. There could be a better solution.

Staff are rude. Don't let you know how the process goes. They pick out the new named brand stuff. I had fairly new everything Nike and other brands. 11 items you only get 40.00. This place is ripping people off. They're probably saving the brought in items for themselves or family members. I will be posting this bad review on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TicTok. Better business as well
