I guess it depends on the kinda day the person at the counter is having, sometimes it’s great customer service, and other days it’s “ Don’t tell me what to do..” like really, I couldn’t tell that person Wtheck to do if i wanted to, I don’t have a clue as to what I’m asking for, anyhoo, I purchased a part and it was the right number on the box but the wrong part in the box, , took it back, I’m leaving that alone, had to go back at another day for the refund, The counter person was pleasant and knowledgeable with that process, very professional, thank you. in the end I got great service with no problem for the return/refund. Bottom line pick and choose your battles and your part store!!

Not a happy camper, the two young men there at this store care more about playing with remote control car than getting to the crowd of customers waiting for awhile, there has been other times at this store the young people there simply don't don't cut the mustard, There is more than just getting a part when it comes to customer care such as attention to details and get the right parts the first time in a timely fashion, I was in the store the week before and I am the very next customer and I timed just how long I wait as they was playing grap ass for more than an actual 20 minutes finally I had enough even though I am next in line out of 8 other people in line waiting and left drove to the O Rileys about 7 miles away at Beamer and Fuqua, those guys at the Beamer location are always on the ball very professional and accurate all the time for more than 30 years that I go to the Beamer location. The store in Pearland at 518 near Barry Rose Rd could really take pointers from the Beamer store.

I’ve been there a lot recently to do some work on my truck. Usually the help there is great! The first couple days recently were great. The lady that helped was good at what she was doing and helping me with what I need. There was one guy today that I wasn’t impressed with. He needs some additional training though. I didn’t catch his name. But when we asked about a certain item, he said they didn’t have it, but another colleague of his chimes in and mentioned there was another item what we needed just in another aisle. Thankfully that guy was there so we didn’t have to go elsewhere. The employees that usually are there are excellent! But they must be so good they are moved to other stores because they disappear after a little while and I have found them in other locations near this one. I’ll still be returning here because they have been helpful 96% of the time.

Ryan & Luciano were extremely professional/respectful and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the oils change. They both assisted in replacing my license plate lights. I couldn’t have been more happy with the service provided. Both Ryan & Luciano deserve a raise and a promotion for all of their help. God Bless them both!

On my trip from San Antonio to Pearland my check engine lite came on. Went to this location and Rachel ran a scan and determined part needed. She checked and had part in stock. So i was able replace it and problem solved. ? Rachel
