Worst customer service! Avoid this store and go to the Sugarland one or any other. The manager Spanish older lady Rosa has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any store I have been to. Trying to return an item that we paid $185 for as a gift, and she has the nerve to tell me the clicking noise on an earring was not clicking so she couldn’t return it at her store! What? So your telling me never worn, and under 1 week, and with a full receipt I can not return it cause of a clicking noise you don’t hear? I had to drive all the way to Sugarland cause she said it has to go back to that store! Horrible! So I go and they said nothing was wrong with the earrings, and they get several customers who complain on Rosa treating them disrespectful. My time and gas for this! No wonder Pearland always looks empty. PANDORA FOR YOUR STUFF TO BE EXPENSIVE HIRE AND TRAIN BETTER MANAGERS CAUSE THIS ONE IS GOING TO MAKE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS!!!

Worst customer service!!!! This place needs a new manager. I needed help looking for a specific ring and when calling this place they didn’t even let the phone ring twice they would hang up on me!!! How dare they treat customers like this :’(

Waited over 25 mins just for a simple size change. You would think the day AFTER Mother’s Day that they would at least have more than two associates working. Plus, it just doesn’t look right seeing an associate or assistant manager wear slides around the store like it was his home.

Ashley M needs a new job. Not sure why people work in customer service but don’t like people??? First she did not greet me coming in. Two she was on her phone while I was walking up to the container. Three she started cleaning a ring before completing my request. Please get her more training or fired.

Such a clean, nice beautiful store! There were so many selections of rings, bracelets, and necklaces. It was our first time there, and the employee Gani helped us throughout our visit. She was super nice and helpful, and made us feel comfortable and safe! ?

Bad customer service. I ordered online for in-store pick-up. The sale said “get a free bracelet with purchase” I go to pick up my order only to find out they didn’t give me the free bracelet. Then they lied and said all I had to do was call customer service to request it and one would be shipped to me. When I called customer service they told me the store gave me incorrect information. They said I had to return the entire order then buy it again so I could get a free bracelet shipped to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she said oh they will just tell you the same thing so you’re wasting your time. I will never buy anything from Pandora in Pearland again. Or online.

Great buying experience thanks to Toneil - she was so professional and friendly. My daughter got a beautiful tennis bracelet for herself and a nice charm to add to the Free bangle bracelet she is giving to her BFF. Toneil even cleaned our current rings. Definitely ask for her when you’re at this location.
