I ordered the stuffed crust cheese pizza, picked it up from the store...went home, added sauted mushrooms and fresh basil for toppings. It was amazing! The store was clean. I was greeted by a friendly representative. WTG Papa Johns!!! I will most definitely be back...

I ordered 2 original crust pizzas. The dough was uncooked and tasted horrible. The dough was so raw that it was sticking to the pizza box (see pics). I love papa johns but this location is terrible.

Never really had any problems out of the 4 times I’ve ordered from them. Today my pepperoni with jalapeños was different. They added the jalapeños after the pizza was cooked why?

First, time I had everI walked in there, I was going to pay with a $50 for $38 worth of pizza and the little girl behind the counter told me that they didn't take large bills. She flat out refused to take it even after I said with the tip I was going to include the change would only be $6. She copped a huge attitude with me, and finally, this kid with a brain that delivered pizza gave me change for the 50 so I could hand her two 20s. The stupidity of this younger generation is unreal, on top of the terrible customer service, and not to mention lack of common sense.The last few times we have been there, the pizza has been way overcooked to the point that it's burnt or the crust is so tough it hasn't been edible. They hardly use any cheese, and pizza isn't cheap, so you think they would put a little more effort into making sure the pizza going out the door was at least tolerable. They have to notice whoever is making the pizza that it's terrible. Put someone new making the pizzas. They have one kid who does an amazing job, and every time his pizzas come out, they are perfect. Hire him full time because whoever is in there now is not up to pare!

Never got the food... it read delivery in 84 min.... 85 min we called and the lady said we are number 5 to hit the over... possibly deliver in 1 hour.... with starving kids, this is not acceptable. Will not order from here again!! GO DOMINOS!! No .more papa's!

Ordered in person, waited 15 mins, got my pizza, went home and opened a pizza which had the consistency of a hockey puck. Had to drive back up to the store to get a refund.

Papa John's has really gone downhill. Pizza toppings sliding off. They obviously do not understand the definition of well done. The taste and quality are just not there. Need a new pizza place asap

I ordered a medium pizza at 5:30pm. We the delivery guy got to my place he had the wrong order. He said he would be back. But never came. I then call the store,where I was put on hold twice for more than 3mins. I'm still waiting.

Waited an hour to get our food just to find out it was delivered to the wrong address, I called and informed them and they said that the driver just delivered them like she's calling me a liar then put me on hold twice! She then says she will remake them and send them out.... So we wait an additional 30 min pizza arrives, 1st mistake they give us a 20oz DIET Pepsi when we ordered regular saying they didn't have it 'they should've just got us the 2 liter Pepsi' for the inconvenience but not surprising considering their bad customer service.. 2nd I open the first box, I ordered pizzas 'wellDone' and they were not even close to being well done, the cheeese looks like it was barely melted, but at least it was fresh!!! I open the second box and OMG the nastiest pizza you can ever taste!! It was cold and tasted so old like it has been sitting out for hours! I'm assuming someone never picked up their pizza so they just sent it to us! And it was only cheese so it's a commonly ordered pizza..... it tasted like the cheese was expired or idk I can't explain the flavor it was just plain nasty!!! IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE!

Had so many issues with my pizzas in the past. The dough tasting chewy and hard but after ordering the cinnamon pull aparts with hardly any glaze on top I give up. Won't go back.

I had high hopes for this pizza place, mainly because my family loves Papa Johns over any other pizza. Ordered a Large pizza and this is what we received. (The slice that’s missing was my child not their mistake) Clearly they don’t love what they do, poor service and poor quality.

I don't have a problem with Papa Johns in general but this one has no care or quality whatsoever. Always issues and cold deliveries even though I live blocks away. Avoid.
