Thursday feb 13th 2025 I was racially profiled at this location by a teller named Jose Garcia . Mr Garcia questioned the legitimacy of my check and of my ID and frankly wasted over 20 mins of my time trying to prove I was not the person the check was intended for. I’ve been banking with Woodforest for over 10 years and have never experienced such blatant racism . In the end I decided not to have my check deposited because of how embarrassed I was. Instead I waited til the next day and went to a different branch and had my check cashed in under 3 minutes.

Tire TPMS service in the tire center was terrible. The TPMS light was on for our 2007 Honda CRV two weeks ago. After checking with MaxiTPMS TS508 by myself, it showed that one sensor was low battery, so we went to Costco to install four new tires and told them the TPMS light was on last weekend. The service persons told us that they would check and fix it. After installation of four new tires and four new sensors bought from the center, one service person told us that the car would learn the new sensors after 25 miles driving. After driving more than 100 miles, the TPMS light was still on, so I used MaxiTPMS TS508 to check the sensors, no one can be recognized. Therefore, we went back to the tire center to ask them to check the issue this morning. We received a call around 1.5 hrs later from the center and one service person told us they needed to buy new sensors online to fit the car. I asked them if I needed to pay for the new sensors. He said "yes", then I told him I already paid the four new installed sensors. Two hours later after the phone call, we went back to the tire center in-person to ask about the car. At this time, a service person told us that is was the car's problem, not their sensors' problem. He asked us to fix the problem in Honda dealer center.

This place was ok. A lot of stores have closed down, left, and / or vacaned the plaza because there were several vacant suites that were completely empty. The leasing fees for businesses must be extremely high for places that were staples to have left the area. Many shoppers truly wish that this was an inside facility. Customers are subjected to the outside temperatures🌡 in addition to the mercy of the weather with choosing to come here. The mass majority of customers have stated in a poll collected and in multiple research studies conducted that they would prefer to visit an indoor mall facility versus an outdoor plaza type such as this one. Plus, it's also a risk of safety to visitors when shopping 🛍 outdoors and going from one store to another as opposed to the safety when shopping indoors. We saw several times pedestrians were almost hit by cars 🚗 driving through while they were coming out of stores, trying to cross to the other side to visit another retail store. I don't think a lot of planning went into creating this, nor was customer safety a priority or in the minds of the people involved in the planning process. The fact that residents are actually living at this plaza facility in the attached housing areas it seems like shoppers are in their way while trying to leave and return. Some of the residents were annoyed by visitors doing at the mall plaza because they were taking too long for them, causing major backup in the parking lot area. The area needs way more security to discourage crime, car break-ins, and other criminal mischief. Other than those concerns, the place was ok.

Lots of neat little shops. I went to Kung-fu Tea. Loved it. Had lots of unique flavors of macrons. I got a chai latte macron and taro root shake. Loved it!
