You wouldn't let me leave with my daughter's bicycle. You charged me 5x the price you quoted me, I paid. and you wouldn't let me leave with my property,, even after I had paid. you forced me to keep charging me to get my property. I was duplicate charged five times by you.I was made to call my bank. That was the only way I could leave with my property. No refund was offered for the 5 charges for the repair work. I have made,, a fraud claim against you to recoup the money you stole.

I went to size my son for a mountain bike. I received great customer service. The staff was patient with me and answer all my questions and allowed me to try as many bikes as I wanted. I made a purchase and I’ll definitely continue to go back to the store.

Anyone who is looking for a bike shop in the South Houston area should stop by Pearland Bicycles.I take my bike here for service and their team is very careful and quick with their work. They also host weekly rides for any cyclists who are in the area.
