We originally used Martin with Pearland Carpet in 2023 when we purchased our home. He gave us a great product at a great price. His team came out and were very professional and got the job done quickly and it looked great. Over the last year and a half it has held up very well.
Last weekend our dog shredded the carpet in our room. I called Martin and he came out the next day, found the most cost effective solution, and fixed it on the spot! Awesome service, fair pricing, and great products.

We Will definitely use them when it comes time to replace the carpet and recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I have been looking around to find a new floor installer and we found Martin. He was really nice and help us picking the floor that we like. During the process, he patiently answer a lot of question that my husband and I have. We love the floor and the finish product. Moreover, 2 weeks post installation, there was 1 plank that raised up. I texted Martin and he quickly respond and scheduled the guy to fix it. And within the next week, the installer fixed the floor! We are really happy with how it turns out + the warranty of fixing it post installation at no charge! I’ll definitely contact Martin again if I want to update my house floor in the future!

Such a great and easy experience getting the bedroom carpets replaced with Pearland Carpet and Flooring. The owner, Martin, was very helpful with the selection process and was able to schedule the carpet installation quickly and around my availability. The installers were quick, efficient and moved all my furniture in and out of the bedrooms perfectly and carefully. The whole process was done within a few hours when I thought it would take all day! Martin even came out personally after the installation to inspect and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Supporting local was easy with Pearland Carpet and Flooring. I will definitely be returning for all future flooring needs. Thanks so much Martin!

Great place to buy from. Martin and his wife are wonderful people. Used them when we lived in Pearland called him when we moved to Santa Fe to install carpet, again when Harvey came in, and again Feb 2025 for new floors in kitchen, dining and hall for LVP. For over 35 years. Always a great experience.

Martin, at Pearland Carpet and Flooring was most helpful in choosing the carpet I wanted. The guys that installed the carpet were prompt, courteous and efficient. They moved my furniture with the utmost care, both taking it out of the room and returning all. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Pearland Carpet again.

I was looking to replace carpet in our home and stopped by Pearland Carpet and Flooring. I spoke with Martin about my needs (pet friendly) and future plans about relocating in a year and he made several recommendations surrounding my "wish list". The process from selection and installation was seamless and we were able to get our bedroom(s), study and dining room carpet replaced within a reasonable budget. The installation took one day and we are so pleased with the finished product.

We had a great experience with Pearland Carpet and Flooring. From the first visit to their showroom we were treated cordially and respectfully. Their price quote was less than others we had received from competitors, and we experienced no high pressure tactics.
