We came here because a neighbor highly recommended it. Unfortunately, we have not been huge fans of KS since switching here. It's pretty hard to get an appointment in an acceptable time frame. Like, you might be waiting weeks to months to get in. I made an orthopedic appointment with Methodist because I couldn't get in here for FOUR WEEKS. Methodist I got in NEXT DAY. Oh, and if you're sick and need to get in, don't expect to see YOUR doctor. You'll see someone but 99.999% chance it won't be your own doctor. Like another reviewer mentioned, this places is EXPENSIVE AF. I came for a routine physical with routine blood work and had a balance... this is because they charge so dang much that insurance won't cover it in full. Therefore, when it was my husband's turn, we stated that we would not be doing our lab work at Kelsey anymore and requested that the lab slip be sent to another lab. They were hesitant but eventually agreed. Just for reference, to check Vitamin D level, Kelsey charged $153... Quest is $56. And maybe from now on, I'll request a quote before agreeing to any service they provide to be made aware of costs ahead of time. Honestly, the cost here is so much. Sick visits are nearly $200 whether they are in person or virtual. Don't get me wrong, we do really like our kid's doctor here. (We didn't like our PCP but she's since left and) we love the NP we saw. This place is nice for those looking for "one stop shop." See the doctor, get labs/tests, get your meds at the pharmacy but you'll PAY for the convenience. Honestly, I'm not sure if we'll stay here forever. Maybe we'll shop around some more.

I absolutely love this clinic. Everyone that I interacted with from the concierge staff, to the to the cleaning staff, to the phlebotomist!!! Everyone was amazing. But I wanted to shed a little spotlight on, Dr. M. Roberts. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Roberts. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly seen and heard in a way that's rare in healthcare. Dr. Roberts' incredible attention to detail and compassion made a huge difference for me. She took the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and fully understand my concerns, never once making me feel rushed or like just another patient. Her insights were spot-on, and she genuinely seemed invested in my well-being. Her relatability made it easy for me to open up and discuss my health issues comfortably. The care she provided went beyond just the treatment--Dr. Roberts made me feel empowered and reassured about my health journey. It's clear she cares deeply about her patients and puts in the extra effort to create a positive and impactful experience. If you're looking for a doctor who goes above and beyond with an empathetic, personal approach, I highly recommend Dr. Roberts at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. She truly sets the standard for exceptional healthcare!

This place is such a joke sorry I ever went to this place never again. They billed me for .47 cents because my insurance didn't pay it. They so ridiculous they treat patients like a herd of cattle. They want you to only spend the time they think is enough with the doctors & half the time you don't even see a doctor. Don't go here you medical needs.

10/10…. By far the best care I have received in my entire being….. The clinics are so super clean to start with…. They have an app where you can schedule what you need and review your medical everything. I have yet to wait 5 mins to see a physician after arrival and the plus is everyone has been so pleasant….. if you could pick a provider I would definitely recommend a Kelsey Seybold plan

Dr. Conley-Harvey is the best bedside physician I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around me. She personable. She listens. She connects the dots with you. And more over, she has the best personality.
I always feel good when I see her and when I leave. I call it “Girlfriend Check in” rather than just going to see my PCP’

Most of the Drs are great! Corporate and middle management continues to propagate and support it’s significant systemic failures where K/S will gladly take hours of YOUR time to help Kelsey Seybold fix their problems, which they continually demonstrate they refuse to fix. If you want to micromanage your health care system and do their work for them, Kelsey-Seybold is healthcare system for you!

I love Nicole Hunt . She is the best rheumatologist. She is very talented and has very good bed side manners. She listens to the problem very well and helps my mom who has very chronic arthritis. Any one who is suffering from joint pains problems due to arthritis or gout. Please see her . She will definitely help you !!
