I absolutely love this place. I am very limited in mobility but just on my second week I am doing things I haven’t done in years. I am learning new ways to strengthen my core and my back issues are much different in a good way. I’m just a beginner but I’m hooked and this is definitely a new way of life.

The classes and coaches are awesome but I can’t say the same about the owners of the facility. I was charged membership fees four times after giving notice and leaving the gym due to moving out of the area. I have several texts between myself and the owner regarding a refund but I still have not received it. I always thought that if I moved back to the area that I would return to the gym but that is out of the question now. I am going to dispute the charges with my bank because they are unauthorized. I paid on time and even brought business to their gym but they still continue to avoid paying me back. I know I am not the only one who is dealing with this. It is very unfortunate.

The coaches are nice and I enjoyed the free trial class and one “drop-in” class that I attended. Dealing with the owner is a different story. My drop in class should have been a class that I attended when I signed up for a 3-day a week membership that I can’t pay for because of errors on my account that still aren’t resolved after many texts and emails to the owner. My last text was left as “delivered” so I assume she’s choosing not to respond. Someone at the gym suggested that I just keep “blowing up her phone” until she responds but honestly who has time to do that. Someone else also had issues with trying to cancel and still getting charged for months. I just want my account issue resolved and membership cancelled.

I love the atmosphere this place brings you. It's not too overwhelming and the fact that the staff actually interacts with you makes me feel welcome And that I belong as a member.

Great place to workout! I love the group fitness classes and the times that they have are perfect for my busy schedule. Also, the gym is always clean and the amenities are the best of any gym in the area.

Definitely not your average gym, the concept goes far beyond that. It comes with a healthy restaurant, where the food actually taste good and the laid-back atmosphere of the salon is the icing on the cake after a hard workout.
