Not sure if it's store policy to just allow employees to just face time on their phones walking through the store then handling the register as he places the phone down and continued his conversation as rings you up .... I have just never seen this before. Was kind of insulting.

The employees are smarter than PetSmart they know where their products are and can tell you about what their products do PetSmart you have to pull teeth to get any help,I think Petco is the store for my Dogg.

The employees here are top notch. If you're kind to them, they are kind to you. If I call ahead, instead of looking online, they will always check their inventory for me, and seem happy to do so. All of the employees that man the registers are very helpful and I've only had good interactions with them when I come here. Sometimes I bring my daughter and they talk to her, which employees do not have to do, but they go out of their way to try and make other people's days better.. I'm glad I have a reliable pet store with such friendly staff so close.

There was only two bags of dry dog food on the shelf, one was already expired and the other was going to expire in two months. I had to let the employees know.
Also, iv been waiting for it to restock for weeks!

They need to get ample inventory and also clean up the treat bar and put self closing clear lids on the bar to keep the bugs out of the food. I have had to throw away the treats that were full of bugs once you got your bags home and never put them with any other treats or you lose them too.
Do better it our pets and our money.

Check prices before you go to the register! I found an aquarium pump on petco website for $19.99 but marked down to $6.40. In store it rings up at $23!! Luckily they will price match their own website but how is it $23 in store when normal price is $20??? How many people have been over charged because they didn't know. How many products in store are marked up higher? Shady business isn't good business.
