Very poor customer service. Went to buy live crickets. Cashier Nessa assisted, when asked for crickets she started to laugh and smile stating "oh we are out" when asked 'didnt they come in friday' she stated "NO" as she continued to laugh and smile at me. When I told her I already called ahead of time she stopped smiling and stated "well we are out". Having employees that doest want to touch things or help out customers is horrendous. Only wanting to firt with male customers is very disgusting. Petco needs to do better!!!

Was looking for a specific item from the website in stock at this location. Could not find it so went to the front register asking for help. Workers name is NEESA. Rather than helping me look for it, she made up some excuse saying it may be in stock online but they had a late shipment and if I couldn’t find it then the item is still on the palette. I left to the parking lot, called a customer service worker in this location, asked them to see if this item was in stock and indeed they found it. They told me where it was, I went back in and purchased the item that I was told, by NEESA, was not going to be out on the shelves. Bad customer service from NEESA, rather than helping me find the item and making a sale she said something just so I could just leave. She also was in and out of using her phone as she was ringing me up which I found rude. Much appreciation to the worker that picked up my call and actually helped me locate the item.

Employees helpful. Nothing that stands out with products but still good store. I'll revisit for my dogs.

Absolutely pitiful customer service! I ordered an item late in the afternoon and drove over in the evening to pick it up. The first associate passed me off to a second associate who then told me that they "meant to message me earlier that the item is out of stock." He proceeded to enter that information into his handheld device and seconds later I received the notification. Totally inexcusable in my book.

I ordered stuff online and after checking out and getting ready to pick up order get an email saying only part of my order was ready for pickup. Then I spent rest of the day looking for a replacement for what you said was in stock. It sucked and wasted a lot of my time.

I always love coming here , they're always so nice and helpful. Store is well maintained and the fish aren't dead (which ain't common in pet stores) 10/10 love it.

Very unhappy with the way my groomer appointment was handled. The manager, Kate or Katelyn canceled my appointment. I literally had taken off work to get my pups haircut. Apparently my dog's hair was too long (the reason he was there for a haircut) and he was a small dog and not an extra small dog so the groomer wouldn't have had enough time to complete his appointment. She lied and said the system allowed me to setup the appointment because I selected "extra small" instead of small. I went back through the Petco app and made the update to a small dog with long hair and the 3:30pm time slot popped up again. Whether the dog has long hair, short hair, matted hair or straight they should not offer time slots if staff will not be allowed time to complete the cut. Petco should specifically note on their site that if the dog's hair is long, matted and larger than extra small to book an early appointment. The manager even said my pups hair was matted, which was a complete LIE. He has a small matted area under his chin which could be complete cut off, hence us bringing him to the groomer. Terrible manager skills and terrible communication.

One of the groomers was extremely rude both times i went in. She doesn't seem to want to do her job just wants to turn you away or shave your dog completely. I wish i had gotten her name. She even threatened to take me out of the system so that i couldn't return in front of the manager. She has no customer service skills and I'm highly disappointed. She didn't treat the white customer behind me the same way. Racist trailer park girl.

Worst service with a rude attitude. Gave my dog the worst cut of his life. Got a call while my dog was getting groomed that he had an ulcer and immediately needed to be picked him up. Once I got there I saw the lady intensely shaving all of my dogs hair like a maniac. She gave me my dog saying I didn't even need to pay, meanwhile I was shocked looking at my dog. Never coming back here again with that crazy employee working there.
