Everything about this location sucks booty, no greetings, rude customer service, food cold and only served me have of the popcorn shrimp, i probably could count on 2 hands or less how many shrimps i had ??♀️, refried everything, burnt biscuits all of the above

It's sad that this location cannot get a mobile order correct. If the workers spent more checking orders and less time talking/playing this post would not be necessary.

Was in need of something quick to eat and wanted a chicken sandwich...the options were chick-fil-a or popeyes and the obvious choice is chickfila, but since I hadn't been to popeyes in a long while figured I'd give it a go. Drive thru I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of mac, biscuit and a lemonade. Sandwich was good, no issues, biscuit and lemonade the same. Now the mac while eating bite after bite, i was noticing an area that was charred, mostly cheese which is good, but I noticed something that was clear as well. I chalked that off to being an onion, until i took the bite and nope it wasn't, it was a piece of plastic, like a piece that came off of a food storage bag. :-( .

Food customer service is trash. Manager was dropping people chicken on the counter then putting it in there order. Workers fly through the parking lot and nearly run you over with there car trying to be on time when they're already late. Trash location. Go to another one. The manager and workers are horrible.

Will NEVER be back here! I ordered bbq wings, they gave me sweet and spicy. I went back to tell them they gave me the wrong flavor, ( and I was very nice about it) and the MANAGER continued to tell me that the sauce that I had was bbq. A big difference in the sauces is that the sweet and spicy has RED FLAKES in them to make it hotter. Advice for the manager, next time please just fix your customers order instead of constantly saying they are wrong. I took pictures and you can clearly see the red flakes. Such a disappoint because I loved those wings.

I went to this location on Thursday December 14th right before 7p. The young boy who was taking attitudes needs another job. He was super rude and had no customer service. He continued to say I can't hear you and had a horrible attitude then when I said I'm sorry you can't hear me he said God bless sarcastically trying to shut me up.. I've called this location twice and no one answers I will be filing a complaint! If your headsets are broke get another one but don't take it out on the customer like we not speaking up and it's your headset not working!!

The customer service here is lacking. I ordered 2 family meals in the drive thru (10 piece and a 12 piece) total about $66. I asked at the time of ordering at the speaker for sauces since I am aware of the extra cost. I am told to tell them at the window, which I do when I get there and I am told “ok”. Since it was a large order I am told it will be a 15 minute wait. No problem. I pull around to the front to wait. After 25 minutes I go in to check on the status. It takes them another 2 minutes to package the order. I again ask for the sauces I requested and I’m told they cost $.42 each. I have to walk back to my car to get my wallet to pay for the 4 sauces. You would think that after making me wait for 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes and I asked BEFORE I ordered that she would comp them, but no. When I mentioned the great customer service to the worker she expressed her frustration by holding her head and sighing loudly.Management needs to help these poor employees with customer service training. They are obviously struggling! See my receipts to confirm the wait time.And by the way…hot chicken and ice cold fries.

It should not be difficult to look at a receipt/ticket and put what is one there into a bag…. Yet, they came seem to get that right. On multiple times, they have not been able to get this simple task correct. If you want to eat here, do it in person and do NOT get delivery!
