“In and out in no time at all. I came in on a Tuesday around 530/6 ish. Located inside the Walmart, it took me a moment to figure that out via Google. The guy at the desk was super friendly and quite fond of star wars. Luckily, I happened to be wearing my Chewbacca party animal shirt. We agree, the last three movies were less than thrilling, and lacking more appropriate story lines to the characters. Luke would never have tried to off his nephew. He wouldn't even kill his absent mass murdering father. They did that up all wrong. I thought the worst was behind us with Hayden Christensen and Jar Jar. To each their own as to which movies are the worst, but I digress... I went in to return some ATT equipment (because ATT sucks), and the process was simple and easy. Less than 5 minutes and out the door. Fast service, and good customer interaction. Win win.”

“I can’t Believe I forgot the name of the young man that assisted me on Friday 927. He was the only one in the store so ideally the owner should be able to identify him. I came to Purchase a mailbox I was missing one of two items of required identification I had my drivers license but to my surprise. My insurance card had expired . He patiently waited while I attempted to get a copy of the card so that we could proceed with the purchase. I arrived at approximately 6:50 PM store closes at 7 . I tried to reach my insurance carrier ….welcome to the world of AI. Finally, they connected me to a chat room. I was able to obtain the necessary documentation . Ttrough the entire process. He was patient never stating to me the store closed at 7 PM or even suggesting that I should return the next day, his employer needs to know what a great representation he is of their store. I am hoping that this service I receive will be equally as excellent as what he offered this customer. Again, I apologize I don’t recall his name,’????for the service provided by this employee”
