The place was INFESTED with rats/mice!!! As soon as you walked in, there was an overwhelming stench of urine. Things were covered in droppings and several of our items were ruined with rat urine. You could literally hear them squeaking in the building as we were moving our stuff out. Told management and they didn't care, just passed along the insurance claim number. It took everything I had not to vomit!!!!

My storage was not ready when I arrived because someone had put a lock on it and the associate Corty, was not aware. To make matters worse, when I told him we needed to quickly figure this out because my movers were there and charging me, he gets an attitude with me and tells me well maybe you won’t have a storage space with us. He then transfers me to a smaller unit that was dirty in which I requested for him to clean immediately before I put my items in. So my movers were delayed and I was disrespected for a problem I didn’t cause.

Amazing customer experience. Corty and Josh We're beyond amazing. Made me feel comfortable by my rental. It was nice.I was able to talk to a supervisor. How much I enjoyed my experience, is ralph corty and josh thank you. I'll be a lifetime customer

CORTY!!! Hands down the BEST!!!! He waited for me even after hours!!! On his way out the door!! He HELPED ME in my time of need! His customer service was awesome! Gave knowledge for my upcoming payments! I really appreciate your help Corty! I had a really rough day, but he truly made my day with his patience and kindness. Thanks Corty!
