I was called into the back within 5 minutes of checking in on my cell phone.
The young lady who took my blood was very good.
She explained everything to me in detail about why I was being asked for a credit card ? for my lab work. Quest is doing a great job with hiring good people

Easy checkin. Stayed on time. Friendly service by lab technician. There was a person who regularly came to lobby to make sure everyone knew how to check in and that things were running smoothly.

The young lady that took my blood is named Jenny.
Jenny was able to get blood on the first stick and that is extremely rare with me.
I have rolling veins and am an extremely difficult stick.
I was absolutely impressed and want to thank Jenny for her excellent service.

This location is conveniently located close to home. Check in was easy and the wait wasn’t long at all. We were really happy to see that Sarah was our phlebotomist again. She’s very patient and will get you in just one stick. For us she’s the best! Would highly recommend.

Went as a walk in before 12 noon on Aug 30, and waited over 2hrs and still not seen. In the process of waiting, I made an appointment for 2:40pm. Requested a manager and was informed he had just left. Spoke with a floater who wasn't listening to my concerns. She advised me they are not seeing any walk-in at this time, only appointments because they are behind.
Stated, if that is the case, why have they not informed the patients that are waiting they would not be seen in a timely manner. She was unconcerned, and continued to ask if I have an appointment. Explained, I have an appointment at 2:40pm and a walk-in already.
You could the workers laughing and talking amongstthemselves. The highest number of patients they would see is 6 and the lowest is 2. During the 2 hour wait they would see between 1 and 2 patients.

The check in is fine if you are an adult and own patient. But for a minor it was very confusing and had to redo it all in the room. The tech was rude. Spoke very soft and I had to keep asking what she said. She would not speak louder so took extra time. Did not explain insurance where I could understand or hear her so I said bill me (not to mention this is covered by insurance so i did not understand why she was trying to get me to pay 150 dollars. She would not explain). She was rude but said fine. That was the only time she spoke up. Then doing the blood work was even longer not hearing her instructions. My daughter kept looking to me for instruction and i was at a loss not hearing as well. Just awful and frustrating. Will try a new location next time.

She was so nice and attentive to me and my needs. My daughter was with me and I told her to sit outside but she was concerned of her safety and let her stand nearby so we can keep an eye on her. She was super courteous, friendly, and explained everything to me and it was painless and super fast. We need more people like her. She’s amazing!

I chose this location because they had the highest reviews of all the Quest locations near me. Scheduling was easy. Check in was a breeze. Barely waited 5 minutes when I was called back by a delightful woman named Sarah. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, & she didn't hurt me! I haven't been to Quest in over 20 years & I'm glad I chose this location. Thank you, Sarah!
