All the staff members were awesome. They welcomed me in and signing in was a breeze. The technicians were nice, warming and knowledgeable with their skills. I was a walk-in and the wait time was very short. I'd highly recommend them at the Pearland /Silverlake location inside of Randalls. The waiting area and restroom was very clean.

I had an exceptional experience at Quest Labs in Randalls, Pearland. during my visit on July 14th. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, and I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The technician was skilled and made me feel completely at ease during the process. It’s rare to find such great service paired with convenience, being inside Randalls makes it super accessible. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing lab work done with care and precision.

Phlebotomy skills at this location below substandard. Wife was left with a significant hematoma. Lacerated the vein with poor technique due to side to side movement of a cutting needle insitu. We have been to other labs with much more skilled people. This lab needs better employee oversight. Employees seem to feel entitled to high satisfaction scores and instruct patients to “give me a high score”. Won’t be back to this location. Not enough supervision. Employees believe they are there for themselves and not the patient. Bad news. Avoid.

I think it’s quite easy to run in to get lab work done and then get it finished within a short amount of time. The doctor also gets the results quickly as well.

Normally I give this facility high marks. However after leaving my most recent testing I was called to return because my urine sample was "of insufficient volume". Strange because when I left the container it was filled to the rim. Whatever happened, they should not try to blame it on me with an obvious lie.

I want to take a moment to recognize quest diagnostic as a whole, but I also want to specifically compliment the ladies and service that I received at this location. I got stuck in a preop nightmare for some pre-surgical blood test that my anesthesiologist would need before removing toxic implants. I'm on a medical journey to heal myself and tell the world about the dangers and through the process, seems the whole world has come against me lol I think because of my good intentions, it has attracted the opposite to me so that everything that could go wrong through this process has gone wrong through this process. Beyond frustrating, but once I made a phone call and let them know of our documentation/form issue; a representative over the phone acted as an intermediary, got everything document wise handled and got me in for a same day appointment within an hour where I was able to check in by phone and get my blood draw done and still get home and clocked in in time without losing more money my paycheck.
I needed blood work before the surgery i need& I needed someone to take an active interest on the medical side, in helping me accomplish this when processing forms as a customer failed. They did that and listens to my story, with a smile. We can make a difference in every day moments if we all just stop and share a little bit about ourselves with each other, that's how we learn and grow better together! Thank you, Quest!! Thank you lovely ladies of that location as well!! I pray blessings over you all in Jesus name
