The staff was very friendly and professional. However, when it came to sales, the store was horrible. They claimed to have a bogo 50% off, but almost every brand they sold was excluded from the sale. This is not a sale.

Horrible customer service! Employee was rude was bothered when I asked if they have shoes in a bigger size as the shoe did not fit, picked another style same employee was rude at check out. She stated she did not care that she was being rude! She was extremely rude and racist! Very sad that rack room shoes has people that behave this way in their stores definitely won't be going there again!

Go to a different shoe place. Shoe selection sucks, no one to help you. Went with no other customers but 1 was there. It's like they just scheduled on the clock to show a human is in store. Would be better off hiring robots

I ordered 2 pair of shoes online for pickup. When I went to pick up the shoes, I noticed one pair has black marks on it -- it was a white pair of tennis shoes. The assistant manager, Makenna, was helping me. She proceeded to try and scratch the black marks off. She told me it was "fuzz" and suggested it was fine. Upon looking at them it was clear it wasn't fuzz and she had scratched the shoe. I asked if she could check the inventory to see if they had another pair I could swap them out for. She told me I could go and look myself. I asked for a refund for both pairs of shoes. She said she did it but said she couldn't give me a receipt for it. She stated it would come via email. The email never came. When I asked when I should expect the email or if there was anyway she could print me a paper reveipt she just stared at me. POOR customer service from the assistant manager and when she was asked questions she said "I don't know what you want me to do" or "I don't know" or "you'll just have to wait for the receipt". I ended up having to go through my credit card to ensure I was refunded my money. I'll certainly take my money elsewhere.

The new Store manager got this place under control. I’m so happy with the store, it was such a mess and the customer service was so bad.I love it there now. They are so friendly and helpful. she pointed me to the perfect running shoe, it feels amazing. And the store is so clean and organized.Keep up the amazing work.I come back every few weeks to this location to buy shoes.
